HERE WE GO!

Wednesday's POV:

I'm writing my novel at the moment and as I'm typing, trying to figure out what I can write about. I hesitate, glancing at Thing. His fingers begin to sign as I type what he says,

"That's smart. Well done, Thing." I congratulate him, seeing him stare at me. "Don't look so happy." I say, looking over at my paper and continuing to type. I hear a door open and slam shut,

"Wednesday, we need to talk." Enid informs me, sounding panicked and as if she had just ran a marathon. I continue to type and I turn my head toward her, knowing I'm not making any mistake in my writing.

"What have I done now?" I ask Enid, raising an eyebrow. She's continuously telling me off for things recently ever since her sister, Y/n, arrived at Nevermore.

"Stop typing, it's weird." Enid expresses to me, looking at me in confusion. I realise I'm still typing and stop, letting my hands rest on my lap. I turn to her in my chair, resting my right forearm on the top of the chair.

"What?" I ask her, staring at her. Her nostrils flare in anger.

"You and my sister..."

"Are we talking about her, again?" I ask her, slightly annoyed. It's as if Enid is obsessed with her own family member or something, it's frustrating. "You know, Enid, being obsessed with your sister is very odd an—"

"—I'm not obsessed with my sister, Wednesday." Enid defensively argues, having a slight growl in her tone. My eyes fall to the ground, I really want to tune her out— "Now, I want you to know that you've upset her and I want you to apologise." My eyes meet hers again, and she is staring at me with anger in her eyes.

"What have I done this time?" I interrogate, leaning my head forward.

"I don't know, she won't tell me." She angrily tells me, her hands rising and hitting against her thighs, angrily. Her whimpering slightly at the pain.

"Pity." I reply, bluntly.

"Don't make me force you two into a room together, so, you two can stop this petty, child-like arguing." Enid threatens, I stand up and stop in front of her. I cross my arms over my chest, looking into Enid's eyes as I take a deep breath in.

"Well, maybe if she was less brighter, I might actually enjoy her presence." I reply, bluntly. Earning a scolding look from Enid and a scoff, afterwards. She begins to stammer,

"W—Wha—? Wednesday," She takes a deep inhale in, "I value our friendship! And I value my relationship with my sister. Can you simply just try to put some effort in with her?" Enid asks me, before holding her hands together, "Please, Weds?"

"Fine. I'll go apologise." I comply, sighing. "It's cutting into my writing time, though." I complain, glancing back at my typewriter and paper, wanting to sit back down. I go to walk over, but hear Enid call on me.

"Wednesday." She begins, sternly.

"I'm going, Enid." I reply, feeling Thing jump onto my shoulder and rest there. I leave the room, turning back to her. "Where is she?"

"In her room." She informs me, I nod my head lightly and shut the door. I head over to Y/n's room who isn't far from Enid and I's room, thankfully. I knock on the door, the door opens and I see Y/n. Sitting on her bed.
