A/N: Phoebe x Reader

Summary: Phoebe transfers into the school and after she introduces herself, Y/n immediately falls for her. However, she knows that Phoebe won't tell her everything at first so she progressively tries to get to know her more. Y/n takes her time approaching her and when she does, and Phoebe starts to open up. They both progressively catch feelings overtime and spend more time together.

Y/n's POV:

I'm in my English class right now and the doors opening, a girl walking into the classroom, Principle Highbridge coming in behind her with a wide smile. Who the hell is she? She's wearing some sort've burgundy cardigan, dark purple bralette over a black silk dress, a black choker, black boots, her hair up in two tiny buns as well as two ponytails. She has pink heart eye glasses on and I feel myself immediately smile,

"All right, all you lions. This is our new transfer student, Phoebe Atwell." Principle Highbridge introduces us to her, I smile, inspecting her physique as I admire her outfit. "She comes to us from the Guardian Angel Program, where upstanding adult citizens nominate disenfranchised youths from juvenile hall to assimilate back into society." She explains, enthusiastically while Phoebe stands there, swaying slightly, her hands in her pockets as she waits to be seated. I can tell I'm going to like her. "Let's give her a warm lion welcome." She says to everyone in the class, I hear someone about to do it but stop. "Class..." She starts, disappointedly. Everyone roars unenthusiastically, including me. I hate doing it, it's so embarrassing. "So, Phoebe," She begins, glancing at her as she becomes more cheerful, "tell us three things about yourself." She tells her to do, Phoebe glances at her then steps forward, she's quite the character.

"Well," She starts, pausing for a second, "I think snakes are the most misunderstood reptiles... my favourite movie vacillates between Deliverance or anything by Rob Reiner... and I'm late." She informs everyone, I narrow my eyes, confused along with everyone else.

"What are you talking about? You're right on time."

"Oh no, Principle Highbridge, my period." She elaborates, taking her glasses of then turning the rest of the class, her eyes enticing me more as she continues on with her 'act'. "I'm nine days late." She informs everyone with a proud smile and a slight nod of her head,

"Oh."

"And Goddamn it, I was on the fence, but I think I might keep it now." She continues on, confidently, her eyes scanning the room again, "Because, looking... at all your beautiful faces," She sighs contently, "I'm just so overcome with optimism for our future..." She tuts, resting her hand on her chest before letting it fall to her side with her eyes rolling, "I just wanna fucking scream." She tells us, it being silent for a moment. I glance around but when I hear her high-pitch scream, I flinch and narrow my eyes, my face scrunching in discomfort. Everyone having the same reaction. She stops and smiles contently before heading over to the football player, "Hey, Gingerpop," She greets, 'politely'. "move your ass and leave the yogurt." She orders him to do, he stands up after a second and steps back, I look at him surprised.

He's not so tough as he comes across as. I see her smile and sit herself down in his chair beginning to eat his yogurt. She's in the seat that's diagonal to the right of me and I can't seem to take my eyes off of her, sure she's a bit of an odd person but it's funny, charming, admirable. Oh, and bad ass.

"You crazy bitch." I hear my teacher say, making everyone laugh, I smile and watch as Principle Highbridge and the mascot leaves, I do small little doddles for the rest of class, but mostly struggling to take my eyes off of her, and also take some notes but I'm ahead in this class so it doesn't really matter.
