No remains are left of the cursed spirit. It was like it didn't even exist in the first place.

You turned around and watched Itadori closely with crossed arms.

'There aren't any changes so far...'

A flashback of Gojo speaking to you about Itadori's situation crosses your mind.

"I want you to watch over Itadori in his upcoming mission, (Name)-chan"

"Huhh?? Why? I have training to do for the event"

"Don't act as if there's something you haven't learned yet. Don't try to lie your way out of this, (Name)"

"Argh...Can you at least tell me why?"

"I suspect that Sukuna made a deal with Itadori when he was still 'dead'"

"What made you make such suspicion?"

"When I asked him about what happened inside his body while he was dead, he said they did have a conversation, but he doesn't remember. That's suspicious enough"

"But why me?"

"You are aware of it yourself too, are you not? You once asked him what price he paid to return to life. So you have an idea of what might have transpired between him and Sukuna before he went back to life"

"Anyone would be aware of that, Gojo-sensei"

"Now that leads me to you. Why do you know about such a matter? Hm?"

"Aren't we supposed to be talking about Itadori?"

You scoffed afterward, you were starting to get annoyed with your teacher. Every time he talks about Itadori, it always ends up about you.

Gojo starts to walk away from you, his back facing you and his hands waving at you.

"Just do what I told you, (Name)-chan, and I will give you a star sticker for a job well done!"

Gojo said teasingly.

"I AM NOT A CHILD!!"

Nanami's stern voice snapped you out of your thoughts causing you to look at him with an arched eyebrow.

"Yeah?"

"We're done here"

"Huh?"

You looked around and saw that the cursed spirits they were fighting just earlier are gone, dead. You then came to realize that you zoned out the whole time when they fought the spirits.

"Whoops. Sorry, I was busy thinking about some things"

"Avoid that habit on the field, Sunako"

Nanami chastised you shortly before he turned away from you and began to walk back to the entrance of the rooftop. You pocketed your hands and followed him along with Itadori.

"Yessir"

You replied. You looked at Nanami momentarily before you asked him, a dubious intent in the back of your mind.

"Is Aunt Hanabi the same as I am, Nanami-san? Zoning out during missions?"

Nanami tensed for a second before he relaxed, he had hoped that you wouldn't ask him about your aunt because he knows where the conversation is going. Especially when you initiate such a topic. He was hesitant to answer so there was silence. But that was only until Itadori brought up a question directed at you.
