PROLOGUE : HIS ANGEL

Fear commitment was something installed in him from very young age...

He had no one to love from the day he born.. His mother sacrificed her life to give birth to him.. After her death a wealthy old man of Rathore family adopted him as his heir..

Today is his 29 years old birthday.. And his mother's 29th death anniversary..

He look down at her grave as he cleaned the leaves on it, pull out the tiny weeds.. His bodyguards wants to help but he gesture then to stay away.. This is his duty as her son.. Finally he placed a flower.. Her favourite red roses... She mentioned in her diary that she wrote when she was carrying him..

"Always smile my prince, never be like your father..." She wrote.. There was a tear marks.. Whenever she mentioned his father..

Anytime he feels alone this diary is the only thing that connects him to his mother..

"Maa.. I miss you.. You will always watch over me na..?" He never broke down.. Unless its before her grave..

He never seen her face.. But he know she is the most beautiful woman in his life..

He doesn't know who his father might be but that man definitely failed to protect his mother.. Such man..

He fisted his hands, "Maa.. You loved him? Why? You should have moved on.. Just aborted me.. You could have lived.. You deserved better.." This question never left his mind..

"Sir.. The minister on call.." His PA said.

"Tell him, I'm busy talking to my mom.." He said stubbornly..

The PA sighed and did as he said.. He glanced over a powerful person crumbling down slowly.. He felt bad.. "Sir.. How many years do you have to suffer through all the pain and questions? Why don't we find out about your mom? Her family?"

He glared at his PA for poking his nose in his matter.. "They abandoned my mother because she was pregnant.. I.. Assume.. She wasn't married but conceived me.."

"You know about her.. But you have see the other side of the coin to sir.." He heard his PA said slowly.

He can't help feel tempted to learn more about his mother... She only restricted him from meeting his father but.. He can meet her family right?

" Clear my schedule for tomorrow, understand? "

PA nodded with smile..

Next day..

He doesn't remember clearly how he reached here... He looked around saw none of his bodyguards..

He frowned seeing a small house where the Gupta resides.. He wants to walk forward.. But he saw the door open.. A girl coming out with tears.. Holding her luggage bag..

Young woman.. Younger than him.. Early 20's?

Could she be his cousin? Why is she crying? Is she getting out of house?

Are the Guptas kicking her out? They never change do they.. First his mother now.. This girl..

He no longer interested to see the Guptas.. As he witnessed something he detest the most..

He follow the girl, she seems to depressed to be left alone.. She entered temple, she cried as she prayed for help..

He winched for her pain he don't know why... He doesn't even know her name yet..

He waited to see her next move... She left the temple late in the evening.. She seems no place left to go..

She walks on the road slowly defenceless.. She didn't even notice him following her.. He sighed seeing her.. She stopped feeling dizzy.. Thankfully he held her carefully in his arms and saved her..

She is burning in fever... He tried picked out his phone but.. His phone is gone.. He cursed his own fate.. He picked her up and run to place where there is people and asked them to call the ambulance..

Later..

He used a fake name to admit her.. Said she is his wife so they won't question so much..

He can't possibly go through her bags without her permission..

But when doctor told him that she is pregnant, he was hell shocked..

He sit down by her hospital bed.. She is looking so.. She had a petite figure, a beautiful appearance, with her only flaw being that she was having a child out of wedlock.. Like his mother..

"Arnavji..." He heard her woke calling some man's name.. She looked so disturbed..

"Who are you?!" She asked in fear?

"Did he order you to watch over me?! I told him already that I will leave as soon as possible so please leave!" She shouted at him.

"Miss.. I don't know anyone who capable of ORDERING me, but I will let you know.. You fainted and I did you a favor by admitting you into the hospital.." He said with smirked.

She frown as is she didn't believe him.. He leaned in, "You don't know me? I'm quite famous for my face.." He thinks he definitely take after his mother... She must been like an angel...

"Who are you?" She is on her guard.

"Me? Haha... You're interesting.. No one is dare to say my name.. But you're asking me for my name.." He said with smile,why isn't he getting angry on this young girl..?

She didn't care, "Then please see yourself out!" He looked really similar to someone she was betrayed by..

He was stunned by her reaction, this woman.. No one this much dare to talk to him in such a tone..

"My name is Raghuvendra Pratap Rathore." He introduced himself, "You should tell me your name also, girl.." He said.

"I'm Khushi Kumari Gupta!" She said annoyed by his tone.

He froze hearing that name... His mother's name... "You..." He turn shocked to confused... Then he remembered something happen this morning..

He suddenly appeared before Gupta House..

His bodyguard are gone..

His phone is gone...

He tried to remember harder...

Yeah...

He had an car accident on his way to laxmi nagar.. And died.... Of heavy bleeding..

Is he seeing his mother now? But.. He never seen her before...

No.. He must be dreaming..

He got out of the her room.. He spotted a nurse..

"What year is today? " Year 2040 right?

Nurse looked at him in suspicion, still answered.. "2010,Sir.."

Raghu stood with pale face... Then that young woman.. Is really Khushi Kumari Gupta.. His mother?
