The glow of the moon and the sound of the waves were peaceful. It made me feel like nothing else existed and nothing mattered which in the back of my mind I knew it wasn't true but being here sat on the beach just calmed my mind and slowed the thoughts going through my head.
I sighed as I closed my eyes and took slow deep breathes in attempt to get rid of any thoughts rushing back of Marcus.
"Hey Ren." I didn't even bother turning around to look because I knew it was JJ by his voice and for some reason I just blanked him. "Ren. Are you alright?" I was so focused on thinking about Marcus i tuned everything out. "Ren!" JJ sits next to me and nudges my shoulder. "Hm." I turned around to look at him. " I said are you alright?" I turned back to stare out into the water. "I'm fine jj." A single tear fell down my cheek as I felt JJ wrap his as around me and pull me close to him. The feeling of his touch was warm and made my stomach flutter.
"Its OK Ren. I'm here." I melted into his imbrace as more and more tears fell. "Its not going to be ok and I hate it. I hate not knowing what my farther is capable of now." JJ starts to run his hand up and down my back to comfort me. "Talk to me princess." The warm tingling sensation got stronger as it surrounded me. "Some guy has been stalking me all night and when I confronted him he said he was an agent of my father's and that he wants me to go see him but if I don't he will come for me and like set his agents on me or whatever, their going to make things worse for me." I sniffed. "What if he hurts you guys. What if he hurts you." I looked over at JJ but he was already looking at me.
"We will all be fine. You will be fine and I promise you I will protect you dove." I smiled as I felt the heat go to my cheeks. I have never felt like this before and I was scared to find out what it was but all I wanted right now was JJ. "Let's get you somewhere a bit warmer." He said standing up and held my hand to help me up. "Wow you look stunning in that dress, the yellow really suits you. Give us a spin." JJ smiled and all my problems I was having seemed to just disappear and the tears stopped falling as they dried to my face. Fuck it. I decided to entertain him. He lifted our hands in the air as I spun around then he pulled me into him"Damn girl!" He gazed into my eyes and I did the same and boy was his eyes something. They were an ocean blue that you could get lost in just like the sea.
We went over to my truck which was parked 5 minutes away from the beach and we got in then drove back to my house. I went straight to the bathroom when we got back while JJ sat on my bed. I flung my dress off as I heard a distant whistle coming from JJ'S mouth. Fuck the door was slightly open.
"If I catch you staring blondie you won't have any eyes to stare with." I remarked but then the door swung open. "Am I not aloud to stare princess." He looked down at me with a smirk as I turned away from him as I was only in my bra and underwear. "Fine do what you want Maybank I don't care." I spun around on my heels and went back in my room.
"Oh so that's an invitation now?" He grabbed my waist from behind me and spun me around to face him. "You know this isn't fair right." I giggled at him. "What's not fair blondie?" JJ pulled me closer to him so our lips were millimetres away from eachother. "You walking around like that drives me crazy." I closed the gap between our lips giving him a short peck. "What a shame." I pulled away and went over to my bed but turning away from JJ was a mistake.
He came up behind me and spun me back around and pushed me down on my bed so that he was now on top of me. "Don't tease me like that or you will regret it cupcake." He grabbed both of my wrists pulling them above my head in one hand and with the other placing it around my jaw as he lent down and crashed his lips onto mine deapening the kiss every breathe I took.
JJ slowly made his way along my jaw and to my neck. I couldn't even handle being this close to him because it was making my heart feel like it was going to explode and the further down his lips went the faster my heart pulsed out of my chest.
