Mackenzie's pov:

We just landed safely here at NAIA.

We're now just waiting to my parents bestfriend. Mom said that tita Amanda will pick us up here sa airport.

"oh ate Kenzie, its not so bad naman pala here sa Philippines" Sky said.

"Skylar, anong sabi ko sa conyo conyo na yan?" Mom said seriously.

"oh ayan lagot kana Sky" I said while laughing.

"sorry tita" Sky said.

"oh ano na ate Kenzie? Kala ko ba mainit dito sa Philippines?" Sky asked.

"malamang malamig pa ngayon kasi nasa loob pa tayo ng airport, may mga aircon pa" I answered.

"hindi Sky wag ka mag-alala, Ber months na dito sa Pilipinas kaya hindi na siguro ganon kainit" Mom said.

Lucky Skylar. When i first got here, it was the middle of March. So Hot that time! Sigh, I was so young back then but still, such an unforgettable memory.

"mhm Mom, wala pa naman si tita Amanda, punta muna ako toilet"

"sige basta bilisan mo ah" -Mom.

I just nodded.

"ikaw Sky?" I asked Skylar if she's also going to the bathroom.

"hindi na, baka biglang dumating si tita Amanda" She answered.

I just nodded. I left immediately so that i could return quickly.

While I was walking to the bathroom, I bumped into with some girl, she seemed to be in a hurry.

Her phone drop so i pick it up then give it to her. As im giving it to her, our eyes met.

"sorry" I said.

She just grab her phone from me then left in a hurry.

"didn't even bother to say thank you, or even sorry?" I said to myself.

When i got to the bathroom, i was surprised because the queue was so long!

Gosh, ganto ba talaga sa Pilipinas?!

As i was waiting, i recieved a text from Skylar.

Skylar L. Catacutan:
-ate Kenz hurry, tita Amanda
is here na.

I just held back my pee and hurried back to where Mom and Sheena was waiting.

Astrid's pov:

Kakalabas ko lang ng cr nung nakita ko yung chat ni Mommy. Bilisan ko daw dahil naghihintay na sila tita Maureen.

Syempre as a masunurin na anak, binilisan ko nga ang paglalakad, actually parang natakbo na nga ako eh.

Habang nagmamadali ako, may nakabungguan akong babae. Nahulog yung phone ko, kinuha naman ito nung babae then binigay nya sakin. Nagkatinginan kami mga 0.2 seconds siguro then kinuha kona yung phone ko.

Agad naman akong nagmadaling umalis at baka masampolan nanaman ako ng "ratatatat" ni Mommy. Dinaig pa ang Kill This Love ng Blackpink. Ay, "rum pum pum pum" pala yon.

Pagdating ko don ay nagtataka ako kung bakit hindi pa kami naalis, nagk-kwentuhan lang sila Mommy at tita Maureen.

"oh andito kana pala Astrid" sabi ni Mommy.

"kanina pa ako dito Mommy, pinag-madali mo ako tapos hindi pa pala tayo aalis" reklamo ko kay Mommy.

"sorry Astrid, tagal kasi ni Mackenzie eh" sabi naman ni tita Maureen.

"ay ganon po ba tita, sorry po, diko po kasi alam" paliwanag ko, syempre as a good kid hehe.

"Sky asan naba daw si Kenzie ha?" tanong ni tita Maureen sa katabi kong babae.

Ang buong akala ko naman ay si Mackenzie na itong katabi ko, ang tahimik kasi. Saka naka-suot sya ng cap at winter jacket kaya diko masyadong mamukaan. Si Skylar pala.

"diko po alam tita, di na po nagreply sakin eh" sagot naman ni Skylar.

Agad din namang may dumating na babae, nagulat naman ako nang makita ko yung babaeng nakabanggaan ko kanina.

Wait, dont tell me si Mackenzie na yan!

"Mom" pagtawag nung babae kay tita Maureen.

"oh Kenzie andyan kana, ang tagal mo ah" sabi ni tita Maureen.

OMG si Mackenzie nga! Ang ganda nya.

"sorry Mom, sorry din tita Amanda, napaghintay ko kayo. Ang haba kasi ng pila sa bathroom, hindi pa nga ako nakaka-ihi eh" forda explain naman si Mackenzie.

Nagkatinginan naman kami ni Mackenzie, medyo nanlaki yung mata nya nung nakita nya ako. Siguro nagulat din sya tulad ko. Agad din naman syang umiwas ng tingin.

I kinda missed her. 9 years ago din nung huli naming pagkikita. In spite of the fact that i sometimes stalk her social media account, im still not updated. Bihira kasi sya magpost, thank you nalang kay tita Maureen at Skylar dahil naka-follow ako sa mga socmed nila hehe.

Dont get me wrong ah, i stalked her kasi gusto kong malaman kung okay lang sya, for me naging instant friend ko na sya 9 years ago, ewan ko lang sakanya. Sakanya lang kasi ako dumaldal ng ganon since introvert nga ako. Baka nga hindi na nya ako kilala eh.

I missed you "miss. Conyo Girl".
