Knock Out and Smokescreen spoke with Megatron and they convinced him that they would like to have Soundwave open up a portal to a colony planet inhabited by fembots known as Caminus. Megatron was skeptical at first when Knock Out and Smokescreen told the warlord that they wanted to visit a colony planet. Still, Knock Out had managed to make a deal with his master that if he let Soundwave take him and Smokescreen to Caminus for a scouting mission, then they will return in 19 hours with some Energon supplies.
"Are you sure that you want to go to Caminus with my adopted son?" Megatron asked Knock Out. "Oh, yes I'm sure, my liege. We'll be back with some Energon after we're done visiting Caminus in just 19 hours." Knock Out replied. Megatron still looked suspicious, so he gave the cherry red medic a warning. "If you and Smokescreen don't return to my ship in 19 hours, then I will have your paint job damaged. Understood?" The warlord said.
Knock Out nodded with a scared look before he gulped and replied, "Yes, Master." He said. "Good. But before I let Soundwave transport you and Smokescreen over to Caminus, you'll need to make sure that no one on that colony planet knows that you two are Decepticons. You will need to hide my adopted son's Decepticon insignia before you enter the portal to another planet." Megatron suggested.
"Yes, Lord Megatron." Knock Out replied. A few moments later after Knock Out used deep blue semi-permanent paint to hide the Decepticon insignia on Smokescreen's chest, the two mechs finally arrived at the ground bridge room where Soundwave is expecting them. Smokescreen looked anxious for he hadn't visited another planet in centuries. But Knock Out gave him a look that says 'Don't worry about a thing, kid' before he asked Smokescreen, "Are you ready for our little trip to Caminus?" Smokescreen looked at Knock Out and replied, "Uh, I think so. I heard that Caminus is a colony planet inhabited by a lot of fembots." The young ex-Autobot said.
"I'll bet that you'll get to meet a lot of lovely fembots once we travel over to Caminus. My friend, Moonracer lives on that planet." Knock Out said as he mentioned the name of his old friend. "Moonracer?" Smokescreen asked. "She's a Velocitronian like I am. We go way back in the day when we were close friends before the dark times began." Knock Out told Smokescreen.
"Are you ready for our little trip to Caminus?" Soundwave asked with a recording of Knock Out's voice.
"Yes, Soundwave." Knock Out answered. Soundwave nodded before he opened up a portal to Caminus. Smokescreen gulped and Knock Out took the young bot's hand, "Don't be afraid, young prince. I won't let anything bad happen to you." He said in a comforting tone of voice. Knock Out and Smokescreen went through the portal before they arrived at Caminus. They stepped out of the portal and it closed behind them as they entered an area that is quiet and empty. Smokescreen looked around, but there was no one in sight or sound.
"Where is everyone?" Smokescreen asked. "It would seem that we are in a ghost town. But don't worry, I've been to Caminus plenty of times before the Exodus of Cybertron. Follow me." Knock Out told Smokescreen before he transformed into his car mode. Smokescreen transformed into his race car mode before he followed the cherry red medic through the ghost town before they drove all the way to a beautiful city full of flying cars and a lot of fembots. Once they arrived in that city, Knock Out and Smokescreen transformed back into their robot modes before they could even begin their mission to find some Energon.
"Woah," Smokescreen said in awe. "I know right?" Knock Out said. "I've never seen so many fembots in this world," Smokescreen told Knock Out. "Well, let's try to keep a low profile and not tell these fembots about our little secret." The cherry red mech said. "What little secret?" Smokescreen asked. Knock Out whispered into the young bot's audio receptor. "We must not tell these ladies that we are Decepticons. Just keep a low profile and pretend that we're Autobots or Neutrals. Okay?" Knock Out whispered. Smokescreen replied, "Uh...okay." He said.
