James woke up to see Severus laying next to him, grinning softly and watching him. "Creeper." He yawned stretching out his arms and accidentally punching Severus in the face. Severus started laughing hard.
"Sorry" James chuckled. Severus leaned over and kissed him. James smiled.
"Wanna go see Lily and Harry today?" Severus asked.
"Of course!" James snapped. "You need to meet him."
"I know." Severus giggled again. "We should probably start planning our days since we're leaving like, next week."
"Oh! I already have a plan." James grinned. "So," he began counting on his fingers, "We go to a restaurant for breakfast, after that we watch a movie, then we talk about how we literally kissed last night 'cause I feel like we're just brushing over that, next we chill, we head to Lily and Mary's, when we come back we order take out for lunch. Then we talk about horror movies—"
"We're not doing the Texas Chainsaw Massacre vs. Halloween debate again." Severus shook his head, earning a hearty laugh from James.
"We talk about horror movies and then do our own thing for an hour or so, we plan our flight back and get ready to start packing, we make food and watch something, and then we go to bed."
"Perfect plan... I honestly forgot half of what you said just now, but perfect."
James chuckled, then leaned over and kissed him. "I'll write it down."

They ate their breakfast at a family diner in wizarding Britain. They hadn't been back here in a while, James thought. Yet he couldn't even focus on how much it had changed since he left about eight months ago. He just stared at Severus, who was leaning back into his chair, his right elbow rested on the top, and his leg out to one side.
A true bisexual slut.
"So... are we gonna talk about how we kissed last night?" James said, tapping his fingers on the table.
Severus looked at him. "No. You said on the schedule we were doing it after our movie. Remember?"
"Yeah but like, I still have a bunch of questions and I don't wanna wait until after the movie."
"Fine~ but I was soooo excited about following the schedule." Severus sighed, pretending to be disappointed. James chuckled.
"Alright so, there's a lot to unpack here, starting with; are we like... a thing now?"
"Depends on what you want. Do you want us to be a thing?"
"Kind of. Yeah."
"Then yes. Do you think I'm a good kisser? Be honest."
James was sort of taken aback. "Yeah." He said, not quite thinking.
Severus squinted. "Really? Just 'yeah'?"
"Not yeah, sorry, fuck. Of course."
"You were passable."
James gasped dramatically. "Severus! How could you?"
"I'm kidding." Severus laughed. "If I thought you were only passable I wouldn't have kept kissing you."
"Then how good was I then?!"
"You were great, James. No need to worry."
"Good."
