Irisa Yoarashi, younger twin sister to the powerful Inasa Yoarashi, wanted to become a hero just like her brother. That fate seemed to be pulled away from her when at the age of six, she and her mother were kidnapped by a villain. This tragedy ended...

Irisa Yoarashi: Quirk is Whirlwind, she can freely manipulate air currents.
Appearance: Tall with very short spiky black hair, styled in a pixie cut but with longer bangs that cover her left eye. Wears an eyepatch to cover her left eye at all times, has a scar going through her entire eye from above her eyebrow down to her cheekbone. Has a pitch black right eye with a tiny amount of grey in it, but her right eye is milky white with a cut through the cornea. She has an athletic build like Ashido but is taller with longer legs. Facial features are similar to her twin's.

Family
Twin brother: Inasa Yoarashi. Quirk is same as sister's, Whirlwind.

Father: Izumo Yoarashi, also known as Pro Hero Gale Storm, current hero rank is 12. Quirk is Tornado, he can form tornadoes of any size and control them completely. (Appearance is basically Superman but bald. Enjoy.)

Mother (deceased): Sumiko Yoarashi. Quirk was Telekinesis, she could mentally lift any inanimate object within her range of sight as long as it didn't weight more than what her body could physically lift.

Caretaker is Makoto Honda. Quirk is Healing Hands, he can heal minor flesh wounds and relieve aches and pains from larger wounds temporarily.

Story note: Since I thought it was more realistic to keep the classroom with 20 students, I had to cut one classmate out. I chose who would have the least impact on the story to remove, so I'm sorry but Rikido Sato is not in this story. It was either going to be him, Koda, or Hagakure who had to go. Sorry to cut the wonderful baker, but he otherwise doesn't do much in the series.
