The morning of the provisional exams came sooner than we all thought. Inasa I know is getting his license today too, but it's unknown where he's testing at since there's three different locations doing exams today. I already know class 1-B is going somewhere different because Vlad King told us so last week.
We rode a bus to the National Dagoba Arena, each of us rather quiet and focused for a change, even the usually rowdy ones in the class like Mina and Kaminari. We filed out and stood in front of the arena holding our hero cases, taking in the environment as other schools filed into the arena.
As I was people watching and Aizawa was giving the class a pep talk, my eyes locked on a familiar face. More accurately, three unfortunately familiar faces.
"Say Aizawa?" I walk over and quietly get my teacher's attention, my eyes locked on the smirking and retreating forms as they walked into the center. "What are the odds that we'll get a chance to fight against and either eliminate or humiliate students from other schools today?"
"There's usually some type of elimination round. Why?" Aizawa answers, turning to follow where I'm looking.
"Perfect." I grin maniacally, my brain already working at a thousand plots a minute.
"If you can pass this test and get your provisional license, then you novice eggs will hatch into chicks." Aizawa turns and tells the whole class, hyping them up in his own way. "You'll be semi-pro's. I expect your best."
"Alright, I can't wait to be a heroic chicken." Kaminari says with complete sincerity.
"Let's call out the usual, you guys!" Eijiro says confidently, looking to the whole class and pumping his arm. He didn't seem to notice a certain someone walking up behind him with a giant grin on his face. "Plus..."
"Ultra!" Most the class plus the additional person all cheer loudly, though none as loud as the newcomer.
"You know, it's pretty rude to intrude on other school's huddles like that, Inasa." A purple haired boy behind my brother scolds him instantly.
"What?! Pardon me!" Inasa yells, and I knew exactly what was coming. "I'm so... very... Extremely... SORRY!" And with that, he rams his head into the pavement and proceeds to bleed.
The entire class moves as one as they slowly rotate their bodies from looking at my brother bowing in apology to looking over at me. Each of them has a deadpan expression at me, but I'm grinning ear to ear and ignoring them. Instead, I run into my brother's arms as soon as he's upright again.
"Ina-nii!" I yell in my brother's face, a napkin already in my hand and wiping away his blood as I hug him tight.
"Iri-ne!!" He yells into my ear, spinning me around before setting me down. We then start to talk excitedly over each other, each of us happy we're in the same testing sight. I then promptly get distracted and run up to his schoolmates, leaving my brother in the dust.
"Hiya!" I wave and greet the Shiketsu students. "I'm Irisa, Inasa's twin! Thanks for taking care of my brother. Wow snooty boy, we have the same hair style, that's super cool!" I say to the boy who scolded Inasa before moving on. "Wow, you're like super pretty! But also you give me way bad vibes." I say to the brunette girl who was giving me an overly creepy look that made me back away from her. "Oh my gosh, is your whole body covered in this hair?! It's so silky soft, it must be so hard to maintain! Do you have a normal human body under there, or is it just more hair?" I hyper focus on the hairy boy, at least I think it's a boy, who has their entire body covered in luscious hair. I see an eye poking out of his hair, but I have so many questions.
I started to ask more questions to him, but Eijiro and Mashirao came up and pulled me back to my class, so I just waved at those students as they walked away.
