"Stan!"
Lily called out to the boy. He turned around, after immediately recognizing her voice.
"Lily.." He said running towards her. The two met halfway.
"Oh my god, I've missed you so much Lils." Stan said as he hugged the girl tightly.
"I've missed you too Stanley." Lily said.
"Where have you been? I tried to ask your dad but he told me to go away." Stan admitted
"I was in my room." Lily explained.
"In your room? For an entire month?" Stan questioned.
"My mom... she.." Lily stuttered, she tried to finish her sentence, but couldn't. Stan knew what she was implying.
"I'm sorry lily." Stan said.
"It wasn't your fault." Lily spoke.
"I thought you ghosted me." Stan chuckled.
"I would never." Lily said.
"Wanna go get something to eat?" Stan asked.
"I'd love to, but I should change into something better then this." Lily said referring to her clothes which consisted of an oversized shirt and a pair of sweatpants.
"You look fine in that." Stan said.
"I'm flattered Stanley, but I'm going change." Lily said before grabbing his hand and dragging him to her house.
"I can walk, I have legs for a reason." Stan said.
"Too bad. I feel like dragging you." Lily replied.
Without even thinking, Lily dragged Stan into her house.
"I'll be right back." Lily said before heading up to her room.
"Lily? Your back already?" Gina said, from in the kitchen. She looked at the door and her eyes landed on Stan.
"Who are you?" Gina asked.
"Gina? Who's here?" Jared asked from in his bedroom.
"Erm- My names Stanley." Stan said.
"Gina. Your the boy who lily was talking about." Gina said.
"Lily talks about me?" Stan asked.
"All the time. She's practically in love with you." Gina admitted.
Stan gulped not knowing what to say.
"Gina? Is someone-" Jared asked before his eyes landed on Stan.
"Your back again? Gina why would you let him in?" Jared said. Stan considered stepping outside and waiting for Lily but decided against it. "What are you waiting for get out."
"Sorry I took so long, I didn't know what to wear." Lily said coming downstairs.
"I told you what you had on was fine." Stan said.
"Those are clothes you wear around the house, not outdoors." Lily said. "I see you've met Gina and my father."
"Lily we should probably go. I don't think your dad likes me very much." Stan said.
"He doesn't like anyone." Lily laughed.
"Lilian Elizabeth Peterson you are not going out with that boy." Jared yelled.
"Go on, have fun. I'll take care of your father." Gina said.
Lily mouthed thank you, before grabbing Stans hand and running outside.
