10 Tails' Discoveries

This is going much quicker than I really intended it to but uhhhh, here we go! It's speeding up haha-

                         Tails' POV

Lately this month Sonic and Amy had been hanging out more together, and it seemed really weird to me but after a little while I decided to brush it off. It didn't matter as long as nobody got hurt in anyway, the only downside was Shadow's jealous complaining but I don't know why he is since we all know Sonic's gay as he has been forever. The only thing I'd be a little skeptical of is Amy's mental health, everytime I've seen Amy when she was talking to someone she seemed a little.. Off. It disturbed me so I've been trying my best to avoid her at all times, which is just making Sonic ask me what's wrong but I keep telling him it's nothing. I decided to go ahead along with them this time so I didn't have to deal with Shadow's complaining, and they seemed to have been being normal so I decided I'd go to the living room.

"It feels weird not to have Shadow constantly being jealous near me after this whole month to be honest." I said to myself looking around, and enjoying the slight time of quiet I got from my decision of tagging along.

"At least I can relax now, and may be it'll be nice to not be inventing the entire time as well since the last time I did it ended up.. bad." I muttered quietly while still looking around Amy's living room until I had spotted something. A notepad, it almost looked like a diary with how much it was hidden... Or it was just a normal notepad burried in a bunch of stuff but still. I went over out of curiosity, and picked it up. Amy wouldn't mind too much if I looked through it.. Right? I thought to myself before opening it to a bookmarked page. I skimmed through the sloppy handwriting before I froze.

"Wh.. What?!" I had almost shouted before I stopped myself and only whisper shouted as I didn't want to get caught by Amy. I ran to the room where they were while hiding the notebook.

"Hey Sonic!" He looked at me confused while I saw Amy look like she wanted to kill me before immediately hiding it as a shiver went down my spine.

"Can we go? Home. Now?" I asked desperately. He stood up, and walked over to me.

"Of course buddy, is something wrong?" He seemed confused still, but I just shook my head, grabbed his hand and ran out of the house. He was obviously startled by my act but went along with me. I was running as fast as I could to get back home completely freaked out but hiding that much from Sonic.

"You sure there's nothing wrong?" He asked me again as I'm sure I couldn't hide my expression well as I ran up to the door, and opened it.

"I'm sure!" I ran inside letting go of Sonic's hand still clutching the notepad all the while he seemed surprised the entire time. He looked like he wanted to ask more questions but he didn't, may be he didn't want to push it.

"I need to talk to someone, I'll be right back." I ran off again leaving Sonic in the living room of our house confused. I started to run to where Shadow lived as fast as I could. I kept looking down to make sure I didn't drop the notepad but I looked down this time and it made me trip and fall. I sat up and tried to think of a better way to get there.

"Sonic can't know.. I can't run fast enough, and now there's a long way back to the house... I'll have to just keep going for now." I told myself as I got back up, and started running again. I stopped running again after a while because I was tired, and I opened the book back up to make sure I wasn't just dreaming that whole thing, since that was my hope throughout this entire journey.

"Nope. It's still there. I can't believe this.. Why would her of all people do this?! I mean I knew there was something off about her, but this?!" I closed the book again as I looked around me to make sure I had run into the right area. I hadn't.

"When did I get here of all places?! I could've sworn I.. Nevermind, I have to go back! What if she is.. I can't say it." I muttered as I caught my breath, and started running back the way I came. This all has to be a really bad nightmare, this can't be happening! Amy wouldn't do this! I kept thinking to myself as I was running all the way back, but it was taking too long. I know it was.

"I need to be faster.. At this rate I'll never get there! Why does Amy have to live so close to us?! She could do it at any time." I talked to myself which didn't make it any better, and only made it harder to run on my behalf, but I kept going anyway. I couldn't let this happen to anybody let alone Sonic. I kept running back but I only kept running out of breath so I had to stop again.

"How am I even going to help if I get back when she's there? She's stronger than me!" Me talking about these things only made it worse for me, but I couldn't help it. It's all I could think about through what was happening. I just barely caught my breath, and once again started running to our house as fast as my legs could take me. I got home, and immediately slammed the door open just to freeze in horror at the sight. Sonic was on the floor. Limp.

Hahah- enjoy this really uh- Idk, bad chapter. It's all I could think of for my plot line tbh. But poor Tails.
