Chapter 7: Going to Singapore

They packed everything and came down ready.

Both of their parents were waiting as they both didnot want anybody to see them off at the airport. So, they hugged everyone and left for the airport.

They reached airport and checked in . The flight was after 2 h.

M: hey I am going to get some food for myself do you want anything.

Veer looked at the watch

V: did you not just have the dinner just before coming out 1 h back

M: so?

V: nothing. I will get a coffee for myself.. that's it..

Mishti got some chicken biriyani bowl,with zinger burger and popcorn chicken and coke.

Veer was shocked to see these..

V: can you finish it alone?

M: ofcourse I eat this everytime i travel..

V: everytime?

M: everytime, everywhere.. I travel solo..so I need food and books for passing time.. so I eat..

V: you eat theseee just for time pass? he laughed..

M: what is so funny in that..?

V: nothing continue..

And she started eating one by one everything and Veer was looking at her..

M: what are you looking at?

V: I didnot expect you finish these..

M: my metabolism rate is very high.. so I can eat..

V: surely that I can see..

M: how do you travel?

V: normally I read books or download some important stuff in phone and hear those.

M: ok. I too read.

They both finished their food and coffee and went to the book store..

He got a book on business and she got one romantic love stories..Veer saw that but didnot say anything..

They boarded the flight in sometime..

she started reading the book with so much passion..

Veer was reading his book too.. but couldnot stop asking her.

V: you don't like romance , love right then this book?

Mishti look at him like why he wants to know..

V: sorry ..just curious to see you reading a hardcode romantic book..

M: I am on diet doesnot mean I cant subscribe to cooking channel ? she smirked..

V: you like romance?

M: it is complicated Veer..

V: anyway we have to have  a 4 h journey ..

M: hmm.. I believe in romance and love.. but that kind of love and romance are myth ..do not exist in real life..

V: okayyy.. there was a pause for a while.. sometimes I think you should keep it simple.. just no need to complicate things in life I feel..

M: hmm..she smiled.. I am now pro in handling complicated and difficult stuffs.. simple things are not my cup of tea..

V: because you chose coke over that..

M: are you serious? such a lame joke..

V: sometimes.. 

M: do you believe in love..?

V: don't know.. never experienced or never thought about it.. and never had time to think about that and complicate life.. so I focused on work

M: and I read these love stories only in flights.. not in land..

V: I think you took the phrase too seriously..

M: what phrase?

V: love is in the air..

M: oh my god.. can you just stop..

V: yeah yeah read your love in the air.. because once we land..we will be back to workaholic mode..

M: I prefer that version of mine.. so peaceful.. and I have noone to answer anything related to that... just me and my work..

V: nice.. I love my business too.. I did a lot of hardwork to setup my business. it is like my baby..

M: nice.. I hope it grows more and more.. your love for your business shows the passion.. and I love the people who are passionate like me regarding their work .. because they do wonder..

V: same pinch.. you will do wonder too.. 

M: touchwood..

V: I know it..

they heard the announcement of landing in 15 min..

V: finally we are reaching ..from tomorrow we will do what we love..

M: cant wait to start my new journey with my love.. I missed my work so much..

V: yeah me too.. my office ..my cabin.. they missed me too..

they both smiled..and they landed to singapore. The belt was announced for baggage. They did custom check and reached out of airport where Veer's car was waiting to take them to the house..

Finally they reached his house...for the first time ..together..
