MM: yeah.. and Mishti, in a relationship, you need to compromise too to make it work unless you can do it, don't spoil a relationship..Being this stubborn won't work..you need to make it work.. you can't be all full of yourself always..

M: are you even serious? Like really, you want us to divorce? she was numb and emotional

VD: see, Veer what you have done to our daughter..she is crying all because of you.. her father is right.. you both do not need to stay in this relation because of us. we were wrong who thought that things between you would have changed after staying together.. but you are stubborn

MM: so is she.. not only his fault.

Now, Veer lost his temper.

V: can you all please just shut up..?he shouted 

M: Veer..

she tried to hold his hand to calm him down

V: no, Mishti, not now... you know I will take anything, but not this.. so don't..his voice was stern.

VD: Veer, is this the way to talk to your wife?

V: yes, Dad..it is.. and Mom, Dad, Uncle Aunty, this is the first and last time I am going to make one thing clear for all of you.. never ever I want to hear about our this separation and divorce topic from anybody..neither I am going to divorce her, nor will I let her divorce me.. 

All looked at Veer

V: secondly, Aunty.. what you said? Stubborn?.. she needs to compromise.. ?he pulled her closer.. My wife does not need to... And you know it..I don't care who is at the other end.I dont give the right to anybody to hurt you. And no one can even think of separating you from me.. be it my parents or your parents...I don't care..you are only mine.. and mine forever.

He looked at all..

V: yes, what I was saying.. yes, about my wife.. so my wife, Mrs. Mishti Veer Oberoi, is the most selfless person..who thinks about her family and close ones before her.. makes sure the people around her will fall in love with her..and she has every right to talk to me like that..because I allowed her.I gave her those rights to shout at me... and if you ask me why these rights are..so let me clear to you..because  I LOVE HER. VM and MM: ok, sorry for making you both emotional. You only made us do that.. we wanted to know your status..so that was your sisters' plan to make you confess in front of everybody

Veer and Mishti rolled their eyes

VD: yeah..in a little harsh way.. he pulled them in a hug

M: Veer.

The clock ticked 12 am and they didn't realize the argument stretched so long...

Suddenly, a notification started ringing in Veer's phone..

V: you guys spoiled my moment,arghh..it is our first anniversary..

everyone laughed seeing Veer like that..

V:  but anyway..he gave an angry look to their parents and sisters.

The next moment, he kneeled on his knees with a ring in his hand shocking everyone..

V: mrs. Mishti Veer Oberoi.. I have known you for 12 months..and this is the best 12 months of my life..I never thought a girl could change me so much.. can make me realize small things.. can make me fall in love hopelessly and madly.. I love the way you love..how you scare me.. how you scold me, and how you dominate me..he winked..so I know you are I are forever..  this time with all emotions, all real vows, and all real functions..I want to live our marriage again..will you let me have my fairytale wedding with my queen..Will you marry me again, Mrs. Oberoi?

Mishti kissed his cheek..

Everyone laughed, and they kissed passionately and hugged each other. Veer kissed her forehead

After the kiss, the parents took their evil eyes off them..

V: I love you..

M: My forever.

V: mine too..
