Sober / Daemon Targaryen Out now!

Over five years together, and Thea still raced to watch him round the corner from the foyer into the living room. She still melted at the sight of his body encased in his finely tailored suits when he was on official business, knowing each delicious curve and ridge underneath. Her lips still ached to press so hard to his that his scruff marked her skin. People judged them when they saw them together. This pregnancy was making her sex drive increase, it was a bad time for them to be heading in opposite directions. She wanted to tell Otto about the baby but figured she was going to be dead before she returned when she angered her mother so I wasnt worth it.

Thea's youth obvious against his age showing in his salt and pepper hair and the lines around his eyes that hinted at years of laughter. But all Thea saw was the man that showed her what it meant to be alive, to be loved, to be accepted as she was.

Thea saw a man with dark eyes brimming with excitement and more youth than anyone her own age. He was perfect, and he was hers. He turned emerald eyes to her own blue ones just in time to drop his bag and hold her in his arms.

"I hate that we are going in opposite directions." Thea whispered as she wrapped her legs around his waist and buried her head in his neck. It hopefully wouldnt be too long but she missed him already, the security that was him and he'd shown up as if he knew she needed his arms around her right then. Rough fingers dug into her long hair, fisting the strands to pull her back to look at her clearly.

"It is not ideal but the boys will be there and you can always back out.. you can always come with me." His deep rumble contradicted the light that always sparked behind his eyes with every smile.

"Capital does seem better but Moira would make our lives hell if I backed out now... then she would haunt me into her after life." Thea remarked. "Just hold me." She requested and practically sighed. Then his lips were on hers, familiar, filthy, and new all at once. One of the things she loved most about her husband was his ability to make even the things they had done a million times feel brand new.

With him, Thea Queen had no doubt that every kiss would be just as exciting and thrilling as the first. Because unlike when they were first wed, she loved him so much now, she coldnt imagine life without him. He walked, backing them toward the dining room until he could rest her on the table. She lost herself, mentally plotting the best way to get them both naked, when he pulled back, brushing his thumb tenderly along her lips.

She basked under his gentle touch. As much as she loved having him inside her, she also loved the caress of was loving gaze on her skin, his stare so intense it grew to a physical burn, setting her on fire everywhere it touched.

"I dont have to go, I can go with you." he offered and she loved that he was trying to protect her.

"Save yourself." Thea teased and he huffed a laugh, one side of his mouth ticking up along with his brow. "Run while you can." she added with an apologetic smile.

She held him tighter trying to ease the crushing weight around her heart.

"Sorry I can't protect you from her more if I could, Thea, you know I would..." he whispered, nuzzling his nose against her.

"You can make it up to me later." Thea assured.

"I promise," he said, squeezing her thighs tight around his waist. "Until then, how about breakfast before I head off?"

Otto left for the capital and Thea waved him off with Lottie and Clayton. Then she turned to oliver and he offered her a kill me now look. How were they going to survive Moira on steroids for her own damn wedding?
