Daeron constantly had his thumb in his mouth sucking away. Thea broke that habit with Lottie quickly. She had still engraved in her own mind Moira shouting at her. 'Do you want buck teeth little girl? No! No one will love you with buck teeth!' She was a toddler and moira horrified her that if she sucked her thumb she was going to die alone.

Thea pulled lotties thumb from her lips and put lemon juice or hot sauce on her finger instead. It was more effective. And adorable seeing lottie stick her togue out shaking her head.

Daeron however liked the lemon and hot sauce. He sucked harder before holding his thumb out asking for more.

Daeron was cute though, he was sweet and he adored Thea. Thea half thought that Daeron thought she was his mother. Dark hair in a world of silver haired twats at the capital, it made sense but Daeron didnt call her mama, he didnt speak much at all. He was a very observant little boy.

He was three, his sentences were limited to two to three words usually and then that thumb would go back in his mouth. So Thea wanted him to have something else to do with his hands.

They were outside today and the wind whipped gently around them.

"Ready Lottie?" Thea questioned. "Come on lets take it for a spin!" Daeron stared back at them as Lottie took the little paper made butterfly.

"What do you say to Clay?" Thea questioned

"What do you say to Clay?" Thea questioned.

"Thank you Clayton!" Lottie declared. Clayton smiled back at her. Daeron looked to him, popped his thumb out of his mouth and reaching a hand out.

"Me too?" Daeron questioned.

"You too." Clayton assured grabbing one for him to which he lost in the wind immediately. But for the five seconds he had it he was happy too.

Clayton got to work folding another butterfly for him. Lottie tossed hers up into the air and watched it catch wind, they chased after it and Lottie grabbed it when it fell.

"You want a turn?" Lottie questioned and Daeron pulled his thumb out his mouth reaching for it.

"Thanks." Daeron whispered staring down at it.

"Throw it up!" Lottie exclaimed jumping up as she spoke. Daeron looked to her, so full of life and then back to the butterfly.

"Daeron honey, you want it to fly?" Thea questioned kneeling behind him and he nodded. "Toss it up into the wind." Daeron nodded again and tossed it up, Thea pressed a kiss to his cheek and he smiled back at her turning around as LOttie chased after the paper butterfly. Thea sighed as Daeron hugged her.

"Thank you Daeron." Thea coed kissing his head. He pulled back smiling at her before his thumb found its home in his mouth again. "You are lucky you are really cute." Thea offered as she stood up. "Lottie? Where is the... Lottie?"

"I want an army of butterflies!" Lottie declared to Clayton as he handed Daeron a new butterfly. Daeron smiled up at him before tossing it up. He chased after Lottie who chased after the butterfly.

"Thanks for coming out with me Clay." Thea remarked. "I know you are a big kid now and too old for your mum but-"

"No I'm not." Clayton corrected, Thea wrapped an arm around him.

"Well I'm glad to hear it. You are my favorite of the boys," Thea informed him.

"Oh, I know." Clayton assured smiling back at her.

"Oh you know do you?" Thea laughed out.

Otto watched them in the field behind their tower and smiled. Thea had told him when they first met at Aegon's second name day that she didnt like children or elderly, she was very stern on that and yet, she was the best mother to children of all ages and the best wife Otto could have ever asked for.

"Brother, are you paying attention?" Hobert questioned and Otto pulled away from the window.

"I am not." otto admitted.

"You got your pretty wife on your mind?" Hobert realized.

"I do, she consumes my mind."
