I contemplated. Should I give him a call or not? But what if he's busy? But I really need a ride. I'll be late, and all the cabs that passed my way are occupied. Damn, really? Now?

I was so determined to call him when I saw his red Ferrari park in front of me. I smiled and knocked. "Is it okay?"

"Yeah, get in."

I went inside and put all of my stuff at the back seat. I kissed his cheek and we started driving. I looked at my phone and saw my buyer's text. She said she'll wait for me in a restaurant. I told her I'm already on my way and that the contracts are ready.

"You're not busy?" I asked, still looking at my phone.

"Nah, I know you need me the most right now." He said and laughed.

"Stop it, Kris!" I yelled and laughed with him.

He laughed even harder and patted my shoulder. "Don't worry, once this deal is closed, we can go back."

I smiled. "Yeah."

We both signed the contracts, and now, I am officially out of the corporation. I sold my shares to one of the major stock holders. I have nothing to do with that corporation, anymore. And that's good.

Seohyun was quick to retrieve my stolen assets. It only took her a month, and now, here I am, selling my shares, so I could have the money. I am not greedy, but I don't want to live in New York. It's too crowded. Too suffocating. The house, however, will stay. I don't have any plans for it... yet.

I saw Kris smile at me, and his girlfriend was with him. I hugged them both and they congratulated me. We went to a restaurant to eat lunch. It took us an hour to read the terms, conditions, and other deals stated in the contract. And we have no argument, whatsoever.

It was Kris' treat, as usual. I felt bad because I have money now, and yet, I'm still freeloading from him. I saw him order a bunch of food for us, and his girlfriend stopped him from doing so.

"Are you gonna kill us? Your cousin and I don't eat like you, Kris." She said and laughed.

"Fine." She helped him with the food and when the waiter left, I saw Jessica smile at me. "Only a few months of therapy and then you're outta here!"

Kris just frowned. "Were you really sure about it?"

"Kris..." I warned him.

"Okay, I know..." He said and chuckled. "It's just... it's so hard to buy a share from that company, and here you are, selling your shares like it's nothing."

"I don't know anything about the business..." I said and I noticed the waiter pouring water on my glass. I thanked him. "And besides, I don't have a single idea about business, I'm not like you or Seohyun."

"Hmm... yeah." He said and drank his water. "But why invest it in our company?"

I frowned. "Why?"

"Nothing..." He said and sighed.

I did not speak anymore. I really don't like it when people try to talk me out of a decision I am so sure I am going to do. And besides, I'm investing it in their company because I trust them. I trust their dad, I trust Seohyun, and I trust him. It's not really a big deal.
