This story does not relate to the events taken in the game. It is inspired by the world and characters and follows it's own story line where Y/N has been going to hogwarts since first year.
I will say it might have game spoilers if you haven't finished it. Although it doesn't follow the game it references to a lot of the characters back stories etc.
