Waiting For Us | Y/N x Ominis x Sebastian

4. Start of Sixth Year

I quickly awoke in the morning due to a sharp stabbing pain in my head. The room still slightly spun like it did when I closed my eyes.

"Fuck." I mutter under my breath. I knew drinking before the first day of classes was a bad idea. I sat up slowly and tried to focus on the day ahead. Looking around the room I saw the other girls getting ready and chatting about their schedules for the semester.

"I have defense against the dark arts." One read off her sheet.

"Oh I have that one too!" Another smiled as they left the room to go get breakfast. As much as a hot meal sounds good, I think a hot shower would be better. I grab my shower bag and my uniform for the day.

In the hallway everyone was ready and eager to get to the great hall for the delicious pastries, fresh tea and pumpkin juice. I quickly glanced over everyone - silently hoping Ominis and Sebastian weren't there to catch me looking like I had died and came back to life.

I made my way to catch a quick morning shower; to cleanse off the night before. The bathroom was empty but the steam still filled the room from the previous students.

Turning on the water, I undressed out of last night's clothes and hopped in. The water felt nice against my skin and really refreshed me. Washing my face, my hands trailed along the same path Ominis did last night.

"Merlin's beard" I shuddered, thinking at how much I wanted him to keep going. Feeling his soft fingertips trembling against me, going down from my face to my neck. I snapped out of my thoughts and hopped out before my thoughts became steamier than the shower.

I soon got dressed and made my way to Charms class; having missed the entirety of breakfast.

Walking into the class I saw Sebastian next to Gareth who seemed to be talking his ear off. I had Charms first thing Tuesday morning with Sebastian and then Herbology with Ominis. These were the only two classes that we three were apart.

"Since when did you two become friends?" I questioned sitting down in the free seat next to Sebastian.

"We didn't." He glared at Gareth who was talking about his latest concoction.

"Come on, try it! I promise it's safe to drink." He reassures Sebastian. Who now had his face planted down on the desk.

"Gareth I told you no for the 1000th time, I'm not getting poisoned like last time." He said, his voice muffled against the wood.

"Y/N?" Gareth begged as I shook my head no.

Suddenly Professor Ronan came in and greeted everyone as he took his place at his desk.

"So nice to see all your faces, I trust you had a wonderful summer with your families and that you haven't forgotten your studies. Charms are an important and vital element to being a witch or wizard. As sixth years we will be learning, Reducto. It is one of the hardest spells for our students to master. We will also be learning useful spells such as Defodio, Ascendio as well as some nonverbal spells. Today we will be learning to cast Aguamenti, helpful in putting out fires." Professor Ronan says with a warning glance towards Sebastian.

"Sounds like my kind of spell." Sebastian whispered loudly, earning a laugh from the other students.

"Mr. Sallow we will not be haphazardly lighting fires in this class. And if I find you lighting a single fire in the corridors it will be detention for you." Professor Ronan threatened; which made me laugh. "As I said, today we will start with the extinguishing spell, since some of you seem to love to catch things on fire."

He showed us the proper pronunciation and wand movement as he put out a small fire he'd lit for the demonstration.
