I just slept all day.

I can't let this sadness take over my heart because it might affect my baby. Pero di ko rin naman mapigilan na mag-isip eh. Pang-ilan naba 'to? One, two... three, four. Ilan paba yung mga taong kailangan kong masaksihan na iwan ako?

It was so tiring na hindi ko alam kung ano pa yung mararamdaman ko. Right now, I honestly feel like a woman who carries responsibility to live because of being pregnant.

I sighed when I heard shouting from people again. Bumangon na ko para isuot yung roba. This is my job, to fix other people's problem as a ruler when I can't even fix my own.

Nakaabang sakin sa labas yung mga alalay ko, may mga hawak na sila na gamit panligo pero umiling ako. "Punta muna ko sa hall para ayusin yung problema don."

I ignored him. "Iuwi mo na, Kylo. Nasstress na ko."

Tumango ako. "Kapag nasa katinuan na yan, please tell him not to bother me anymore. I wan't to live a peaceful life, Kylo." Imbes na iiwas ko ang tingin sa hitsura ni Hakeem habang nakatingin sakin ng bigong bigo, mas lalo kong pinatatag yung sarili ko. His tears could never deceive me... the last thing I should feel is a pity for him. Bakit mo kakaawan yung taong niloko ka?

"I-m sorry... Lily, we can fix this."

I shook my head and smiled sarcastically. "I am not a fool for trusting you, Hakeem. You are a fool for betraying my trust. So you didn't fool me... you fooled yourself."
