A week later

I quietly shut Judith's door letting her and Rj stay asleep while Carl and I went to kill the walkers that had broken through the wall, they were trying to get the wall back up, but one was still on Aaron, I shot it with an arrow, and it fell dead. Walkers were building up on the walls and we sent a group to hilltop to see if some of the tools survived "Judith is a copy of Michonne" I laughed and Carl kissed my head, she went to address two boys for playing with the walkers and Carl went to intervene when she was pushed to the ground, she looked and me and I gave her a slight nod as she stood holding her sword to his throat "Jude, let's go!" I yelled and she walked up to us with tears in her eyes "what they said isn't true Jude" I kissed her head and she nodded with a sniff and I smiled "you did just as I taught you, I'm proud" I laughed and Carl hit my arm "you taught her that?" he asked and I nodded "maybe I should let you two hang out more" he kissed my cheek and put Judith on his back. We went back home and Judith went inside the two of us found her on the porch not much later, talking to Rosita, the handprints were broken and Carl stopped me before I could go over to her "she needs Rosita to talk to her, then we can talk to her when she comes to" Carl walked me to our house and I sat on the small chair beside the couch "go shower, I'll let you cut my hair after" he huffed and I smiled "seriously?" I asked and he nodded "you can cut it, short" he smiled, and I hugged him "ok, I'll be back" I ran upstairs to get my shower ready.

After showering I came back down to the kitchen to see Carl sitting, ready for his hair cut. I cut it short like he had asked, and he ended up liking it (think chandler riggs current short hair) after that we found Judith and I sat down with her and carl. "Judith I was waiting to give you this so you would keep it," I reached in my back pocket and pulled out the photo from the barbecue place near Carl's old home "it's a photo of your mom and your dad, and Carl, we always thought you should have it to keep" Carl finished for me and I smiled "I love you" Judith whispered and I smiled kissing her head softly and Carl hugged both of us tightly.
