It was another sunny morning in Hill Street Neighborhood, and Huckleberry Hound was merrily whistling "Clementine" as he made his way down the sidewalk toward Yogi Bear's place. He was very excited because something new and exciting had come to town! He soon arrived at the house and knocked on the door. The door opened and there was Boo-Boo.

"Huck?" he asked. "What are you doing here this morning?"

"I'm here to see Yogi!" the hound answered, smiling. "There's something real neat that I wanna show him!"

"Well, I'm afraid Yogi is still asleep, but come on in. I was just making breakfast, and I'll be happy to make some for you too!"

So Huck went inside, and right upstairs to Yogi's room. The bear was flopped over in bed on his belly with his arm hanging over the side, snoring very loudly.

"Golly, Yogi's still asleep," Huck whispered. "But maybe I can wake him up with a Huckleberry Howler. Yeah, that'll work." He took a deep breath, then let out a loud "ARRRRRROOOOOO!!!"

Yogi sprang up in bed, screaming in fright. "AAAAHHH!!! NO, MISTER RANGER!!! I'M AN INNOCENT BEAR!!!"

As soon as Huck stopped howling, he exploded into laughter. "Yogi, it's only me!!" he cried.

But the bear didn't look the least bit amused as he scowled at the hound. "Huckleberry! Don't you know it's against the law to wake up a government-protected bear with all that racket?"

"No, but I just had to get you up! I've got some excitin' news!!"

"You do?" Yogi asked. "Well then, let me hear it!"

"Well, there's a new attraction that's opening here in town!" Huck beamed. "It's a rain forest exhibit with animals and all sorts of new things!"

"You mean the zoo?"

"Uh-uh! This is different from the zoo! It's got all sorts of fun little attractions like games and music too!"

"Ohhhhh, so it's like a theme park attraction!" Yogi chuckled.

"Yeah!" Huck said. "Something close to that, but without all the rides and things that Super Family Funland has."

"Oh Yogi!" Boo-Boo's voice called from downstairs. "Breakfast is ready!"

"Coming, Boo-Boo!" Yogi called back.

"Me too!" Huck shouted. "I get to have some too!"

The boys both ran downstairs to the kitchen, where Boo-Boo had placed three plates at the table all piled high with...

"BANANA WAFFLES?!" Yogi yelled happily. "I love banana waffles!!"

"Not just any banana waffles!" Huck beamed. "There's chocolate chips in them too! Bananas and chocolate chips are two of my favorites!!"

"Well, dig in, fellas!" Boo-Boo replied.

And that's just what they did. Huck found the waffles so tasty, he couldn't help having a second plate.

"Huck, slow down!" Boo-Boo chuckled. "You're eating almost as fast as Yogi does!"

"How can you blame him, Boo-Boo?" Yogi laughed. "These waffles are tops!!"

"Sorry, fellers!" Huck said sheepishly. "It's just that these waffles are so good!"

"So where is it that you two are going?" Boo-Boo asked.

"It's a rainforest park!" Huck replied. "It's got animals, rivers, and all kinds of fun things to do!"

"Ohhhh, so it's like a jungle! I bet you two are gonna have a lot of fun!"
