Zoya starts chuckling out of nowhere then proceeds to laugh quietly.

'Hi, Ricky'
Zoya al Ghul was a strong leader.
Her sisters were her world. Their father, Ra's al Ghul, had trained them to become the ultimate weapons, claiming it was in the name of peace. But his ideals were twisted, leaving them with deep trauma.
Talia, the eldest, was the first to escape. Soon after, Nyssa and Zoya followed.
To find refuge and a way to finally stop their father, Nyssa brought Zoya to someone Talia had once trusted: Bruce Wayne, the Batman.
Their unannounced visit to Wayne Manor was a surprise for Bruce and his two companions—Alfred Pennyworth, the butler, and Wayne's ward, Richard Grayson, who preferred to be called Dick.
After the League of Assassins' defeat, Nyssa and Zoya traveled the world, hunting down any remaining followers to end their father's legacy for good. They would occasionally return to Gotham, where Zoya was even enrolled in school alongside Dick.
They grew close, finding joy in each other's company. They would spar, trading skills and pushing each other to become stronger fighters.
In her twenties, she hadn't seen Dick much, or the other sidekicks, even after her many missions. It was rare and the time they've shared together were always cherished. Before she met Dick, Donna and the rest of them, she never knew love other than her sisters.
After the disband of the Titans due to a tragic event, she hadn't heard from them for over a year. And then one day, she got a tip: Dick was in trouble, along with him was a young teenage girl with unimaginable powers.
When she got there in time to save Rachel from the nun's, she was just as Zoya had predicted. A scared young girl, wanting to find a way to stop hurting people.
Then, along the way there was Gar Logan, a shape-shifter with untapped potential
After that was Kory Anders, a woman with amnesia and fire powers that's charged by the sun.
And finally, Jason Todd. The new Robin, who Zoya had heard about through her informants and Gotham's rumors. Out of all of them, Jason was the one she clicked with the most.
With Dick by her side, they led the Titans through mess after mess. It wasn't always graceful—more like constant chaos—but somehow, they made it work. They faced Rachel's demon father, Slade Wilson's revenge, and every new crisis Gotham threw their way.
Throughout her journey training the Titans and facing villains side by side, Zoya found herself seeing Dick in a way she hadn't before. In the midst of fights, late-night strategies, and his sarcastic remarks that always seemed to ease her mind, something shifted. Her admiration deepened, becoming something more than respect, something stronger than friendship. She'd always known Dick was skilled, fierce, and loyal, but seeing his vulnerable side, the weight he carried, she realized she cared for him in ways she never expected.
