Zoya starts chuckling out of nowhere then proceeds to laugh quietly.
Dick looks at her. "What?"
She shakes her head. "Nothing."
"No, what?" He presses.

The low hum of machines fills the room of the main hub as Team Flash stands around the console. Zoya is focused, typing rapidly, her attention on the date from the latest mission. Barry, Cisco and Caitlin are quietly discussing plans nearby.
Suddenly, Iris storms in, her eyes finally founding the person she came for and walked to her with a tense expression.
"Zoya, we gotta talk."
Zoya, who doesn't stop typing, her eyes fixed on the screen as she continues to type away.
"Kinda busy, Iris. Can it wait?"
Iris then glares. "No. It can't. Why don't you like me?"
Zoya pauses, her fingers stopping mid-keystroke. The rest of the team goes quiet, sensing the tension. Slowly, Zoya head turns to Iris, her expression calm but sharp.
"You really want to do this?"
Barry was about to interfere. "Iris-"
"Yes." His wife answered. "I want to know why you're always cold with me. What did I do? I've been nothing but nice to you and patient with you. Why won't you like me?"
Zoya crosses her arms, her eyes narrowing slightly as she looks at Iris. She briefly looks at Barry and he got the signal and steps back.
Then, she answered. Her voice remains steady, but there's a bluntness to it that cuts through the room.
"Alright. Needs to be said anyway." She spoke. "For starters, you keep trying to act like the leader around here, but honestly, you're not a scientist, you're not a strategist and you sure hell aren't a fighter."
Iris blinks caught off guard by Zoya's directness. The rest of the team watches silently, unsure of how to react.
Zoya continues. "You claim to help. But really, you're making speeches about "hope" and "trust" when we're out there risking our lives when we're in the middle of a crisis, but when it comes down to it, what are you actually doing? Telling Barry to "run"?"
Iris opens her mouth to defend herself, but Zoya wasn't done.
"And when you're not giving speeches, you're making everything about you and Barry. There's a whole team here, but everything always circles back to you two. Or in this case, back to you. Always you. It isexhausting."
Iris looks visibly shaken now, her arms dropping to her sides as Zoya gave the final blow.
"So yeah. You want to know why I don't like you? There it is."
The silence that follows is heavy. Iris stands there, speechless, her face pale as Zoya stood up, done with the conversation but not before turning back to look at Barry.
"If you wanna be mad at me about it. Fine. But I'm not gonna be sorry of what I've said." She then looks at Iris. "Do better, or don't. That's up to you."
And then she left.
Leaving Iris to wrestle with the weight of the words as the rest of the team exchanges uneasy looks, unsure of how to react.
"Is it too early to say that she kinda reminds me of Oliver?" Cisco mutters to Caitlin and she nudges his side harshly.
