Lex's life was not complete, but it was content due to his children.

Even after his beloved wife passed away, his love for his children never weaves. It was a promise that he kept for her, and for himself. Ensuring that he would never become his father, who never gave him the love that he needed.

Whenever he's not plotting against super and keeping himself alive, he made sure to keep his schedule clean for his children's events, plays and sport events. No matter what people view him as the villain, there was a soft respect for his devotion to his children.

"Daddy." A small voice behind his seat calls.

"Yeah, Baby?"

His youngest, Martha-May, Mimi, stretches her neck to look over the fields of corn. "Are we there yet?"

"Almost." He looks at the rearview mirror and smiles. Unlike his daughter, his boys, Jonathan and Henry, were sound asleep since they'd entered the state.

"Where are we going again?" His 5-year-old asked.

"Mommy's home, Smallville. We're going to see your grandma Martha, your namesake."

It was rough, but Lex tried to make it work. His relationship with the Kents hasn't been a nice walk on the road. Especially with his brother-in-law, Clark.

Clark was to say, a thorn in his ass. Which should not be the case. Out of everyone who did not love his and Zoya's marriage, Clark was the number one non-supporter. The only thing they had in common was the love they had for Zoey, which lead to their truce after his eldest child was born, Benny.

"Mamaw!"

"That's right, Baby, Mamaw."

Martha was a saint. The only person who supported him and Zoey. Lex made sure to visit every holiday and even add in surprise visits, much to Martha's happiness.

His eyes shifted back to the rearview mirror where his lucky charm was hung from the bottom of. A leather cord necklace a real small acorn for a charm. A gift from his wife when she first took him the Smallville. He found it bizarre, but she explained that it was a symbol of a new beginning and end, a perfect sentimental value of their love.

He reaches out softly touch the acorn, reminiscent of her memory.

"We're home, Zoey."

Zoya al Ghul followed her group behind the barn, and they spotted their next recruit. Another Superman, Clark Kent.

"Is that him?" Iris West asked the remaining of the group other than herself, Clark Kent and Lois Lane.

With the multiverse in crisis, Zoya was going to need to name their friends alternate universes persona to not get mixed up. She walks backwards to view her eyes on the perimeter to see any foes around. Can't be too careful.
