Zoya smiles at the annoyed look Jason was sending at her and Dick as they entered the speakeasy.
"Don't miss us too much." She says slyly, making his glare deeper.
When they go deeper into the hallway of the speakeasy. Thanks to the picture that Dick had shown her, she can spot Clay in the crowd of night goers in the bar.
Dick beat her to the punch and taps her arm then nods to the VIP section where a very large security guard was standing in front.
"Wow, that's Clay." She whispers in little wonder.
Back when they first met, Dick told her about the people that he used to worked with in the circus and how they were like family. His most spoken person was Clay, or 'Atlas, The Strong Man'. She feels like she knew him already, despite never meeting him.
Now she finally has the chance.
"Yeah." Dick whispers. "Come on."
She follows Dick behind, and they went up to Clay right after he let a customer through the VIP.
"Uh 'scuse me. How does one get into the VIP section?" Dick asked casually, hoping to see if can get any look of recognition in the face of the man who he considered to be his uncle.
Clay stayed cold. "Give me the password."
Dick's smile become more softer before responding. "Haly's Circus."
Clay didn't budge, but after a moment of thinking then looks Dick up and down, an expression of recognition broke from his guarded face.
"Dicky?!" He spoke.
Zoya hides a smile from Dick who caught it in time and shot her a slight warning glance.
Before they knew it, Dick was pulled into a bear hug that had his feet off the floor and Zoya couldn't not hold in her laughter anymore, letting out a small giggle at the display before her.
"Dicky I can't believe it's you! Wait. Is this you?"
In a strangled voice, Dick quickly said. "Yeah, it's me! I can't breath!"
The Strong Man oh's than sets the man back down to the floor and Dick breaks into another smile.
"What in God's name are you doing here? Oh." His attention suddenly turned to Zoya, who waves at him with a friendly smile.
"Hi." She says softly.
"This your girlfriend? She's gorgeous!" Clayton quickly assumes to Dick as a big smile came up on his face and he turns back to Zoya to take her hand and shake it before they could correct him.
