Chapter 1 New Beginnings

I will try to make this as friendly for those who don't read the prologue. So here is a short recap.

Hanzo was auraless, in other words, powerless and in the view of most, a leach. This leach managed to get with a girl who had her problems too. The girl was called Evelynn. She had problems with her appearance. Her purple skin and yellow eyes were the targets of her bullies. They have been best of friends for more than a year and Hanzo was aiming to make his first step and propose to Evelynn, however, Evelynn's father has managed to get some information on Hanzo and unfortunately, he was a racist towards auraless so he immediately began to make a plan to get Hanzo away from his daughter. He did not want to kill the boy, mainly because it would break the curse he had secretly put on him, and that would mean his daughter would come to her senses and be sad. He did not wish anything bad on his daughter so he made this as slow and natural so his daughter wouldn't be hurt and she would get more friends and as a bonus to the boy, he would come out alive. As time passed by, Evelynn was further from Hanzo day by day, until one day she completely cut ties with him. Of course, Hanzo found it weird, but he shifted the blame onto her stress, and he still loved her and planned to confess to her anyway. Unfortunately, Hanzo caught Evelynn at a bad moment when she was just being approached by her new friends. She was forced to choose between one friend who stood there for her at her worst or many new friends who just appeared after she managed to get her transformation powers to shift into a human from her demon form. It was part of her succubus side that wanted more attention that Hanzo could not give her, and partly because of the curse that made her neglect Hanzo, she chose more friends and for her to not ruin her image she decided to stab Hanzo with her iron finger claws and nearly cut his eye out. Hanzo defended himself to his capabilities, but he could not do much to a superior foe, both in numbers and in power. He was left beaten, bleeding out with multiple stab wounds in the same alley he lived in in the past. Fortunately, a masked man dressed as a ninja appeared and took Hanzo to somewhere far from there to take care of him, believing he was the chosen one.

Hanzo wakes up, this was a surprise for him, he was supposed to be dead. The room in which he was in was clean and wooden, there were some clothes on a chair near his bed, and there was one more thing, a ring with a note, the note read that he should ring the bell when he woke up. Before he has done anything he first looked at his body where the wounds were supposed to be, but there were only bandages, he touched his cheek feeling a plaster. He was treated with normal medicine by someone, but Hanzo was still skeptical, after all a person whom he cared for the most just betrayed him, even when he was saved from the claws of death he still has some trust issues, but with nothing else to do he sat down, slowly and painfully, as he still did not fully recover. He took a look at his attire, it was one of those hospital pieces of cloth that revealed a little bit too much, so he took a look at the chair and there was a little better attire, simple black jeans, and a black tank top. Hanzo was at least glad for that. Then he spotted a glass of water further away on a table, he did not see it before because he was lying down. So he gladly took it and drank it as he was quite thirsty and had a sore throat. With finally nothing else to do he rang the bell.

For the first couple of minutes, nothing happened, but when he was about to ring the bell again he started to hear some faint footsteps slowly coming to his door from the outside of his door. The footsteps continued until they finally reached his door and a short pause was heard and then he heard the lock being unlocked. He knew, if they wanted him dead they would have done so already, but he still was on the edge. When the door finally opened, someone dressed as a ninja walked in and looked at Hanzo.
