Hanzo was walking on the street, nearby in an electronic shop he acquired a phone, he had not held one of these in a while, plus it was way more advanced than his first and only phone he had, and it even was not that expensive.
Hanzo: Technology surely advanced somewhat while I was gone.
Of course, Hanzo did not just go in the store with his uniform, people would recognize him, and he did not want that, especially after what Swain told him. He just wanted peace now, he had done his part, and now he thought he deserved a rest, so he took a random disguise in an alleyway that was not very visible and went to get his phone.
Well, that was the first thing of the long to-do list he had to do. His next point was to acquire a house, no penthouse no apartment, but a house on the outskirts of the city, preferably with a nice view of the city and the sea on its shores.
He found one such home with his newly acquired phone on an app called Maze Bank, for some reason, probably not even a bank but a plot-selling agency, but whatever, if Hanzo gets what he needs he doesn't care.
And to his surprise, while he was browsing homes in Piltover he scrolled through some penthouses too, and they were surprisingly way more expensive than the luxurious homes overlooking the city on the outskirts. Sure, those homes did not have 24/7 service and were quite far away from pretty much everything, but it was calm there, plus it is the whole ass house, it is way bigger than a penthouse.
Hanzo was now headed to the house, the agency managed to set up a tour of the house quite fast, so Hanzo might just have a house already, of course, it wouldn't be cheap and he would have already burned through half of the money he had from the war, but it will be worth it. And of course, he still wore a disguise he did not want anyone to know where he lived.
He was a bit worried because he thought he needed to provide some identification to buy the house, but it turned out that surprisingly Maze Bank required no such things. A little bit weird, but who is he to judge, especially if it went in his favor?
The purchase was successful, he got his keys and legal documents and the house was officially his. Hanzo then looked back at the paper of to-do things he made and looked at the next steps: 1. Phone, 2. House, 3. Clothes, 4. Equipment needed for releasing and altering the answers people seek, viz., his autobiography.
Hanzo crossed the 2 first items off the list with a convenient pencil he always for some reason carried and started feeling dizzy, The stress and tiredness were starting to get to him, and the fact that the sun was already starting to disappear behind the horizon did not help him, so he decided to spend his first night in his new home. His new home was definitely fully equipped with furniture, but Hanzo had to do some re-decorating later. However, for now, he went to sleep.
The night passed fast and for the first time since the war ended he finally managed to get a dreamless sleep, the best kind of a dream, as every dream he ever had was or showed the worst moments of his life.
However, he still had much more to do, but he now wanted to set up his plan fully, so he got onto the sofa that was in the big living room and started putting his plan together.
Hanzo: Sooo..., I have about half of my funds left. That is still enough to make me a nice life without work, however, my plants require more money, way more money.
Hanzo gave it a bit of a thought.
Hanzo: First thing first, I have to set my life up, or should I say more lives, doing all I want as a single person would be too hard, so why not use the clones with the discusses, perfect plan, now there would be my normal me, hunting down people who attacked Rumi's village and Rubashi's place, and see who survived both attacks, that is if they survived.
