I'm still alive. (I know, it's shocking.)
Hanzo was now undisguised in his lab/cave/workshop and was starting to develop his first idea he had, infinite free energy, Hanzo knew it was a far-fetched idea, but he needed to get the last encounter with Evelynn off his head and he did not know a better way other than thinking extensively about an problem and trying to solve it, and to his surprise he was actually making some progress.
This occupied Hanzo long enough for him to lose track of time. However a knock on his lab door knocked him out of his trance, he quickly scribbled down his last thoughts to think about them later and changed into Tony, and went for the door.
Ahri: Tony! Are you in there?
Hanzo: Coming!
Hanzo then glad that it was Ahri decided to go uncloaked, he liked being in his skin, even tho he would hardly call it his skin anymore.
Hanzo opened the door and let Ahri inside, then he quickly closed the door and looked at Ahri, and she was wearing a sorrowful expression and held a small basket with what maybe was supposed to be an attempt at baking. Hanzo put one and one together and managed to deduce that Ahri was trying to bake something for him, but why was she looking sad? Hanzo then finally managed to deduce that too. He almost forgot, it probably has to do with Evelynn and whatever happened.
Hanzo: What do you need Ahri?
Ahri: I came to see if you are ok.
Hanzo then saw her looking at his neck, which he found weird, until he saw a reflection on a piece of metal nearby, his neck still had marks from Evelynn's lashes.
Hanzo: It could be better, like every day of the year, but I'm mostly fine.
Ahri: I...
Hanzo then sighed.
Hanzo: Lisen, if it's about Evelynn and you fearing that I might kick you out then don't worry, for one, I hate collective punishment, and as for the second reason why you shouldn't worry is that I still want to make Evelynn truly reveal if she indeed I think she is or if she changed, it doesn't look like she did so far.
Ahri: Thank you, but I'm still concerned about you, I could maybe talk to Evelynn and calm her down a bit.
Hanzo: No it's fine, I will deal with this alone, know that you and your group is safe.
Ahri: Here, I tried to bake something for you as a sorry for what Evelynn did.
Ahri extended her arms holding the small basket with whatever it was.
Ahri: I know this might not be perfect but I tried.
Hanzo took the basket and looked at whatever it was, at least it was not moving I guess.
Hanzo was about to lay it on the table but he saw Ahri looking with anticipation, so he had done something he had once done in the past and hoped that the past wouldn't repeat itself.
Hanzo took one of the things that looked like a cookie and took a bite.
Hanzo thought that it was not that bad, but then as he was relieved that it tasted better than charcoal, he got hit by a brick, apparently, whatever was in the cookie took quite a while to dissolve on his tongue, and that was when the taste finally hit him. Thinking it would taste like charcoal became wishful thinking, it was way, way worse, but by now he was already accustomed to these situations and painfully swallowed the rest of the cookie not even bothering to chew it. He then smiled at Ahri and gave her a thumbs up and spoke with a raspy voice.
Hanzo: Thank you, they are delicious.
Ahri innocently smiled.
Hanzo: One more thing, I would like you to help me get closer to her, I really want to see if she has changed or if what I saw up there was who she really became.
