It was nearing noon when Hanzo was called by the messenger to the debriefing with Zabuza, the messenger also said that both Takashi and Zabuza would be there too, but when he asked if he was allowed to bring his teammate Rumi with him, he was refused, but Hanzo was at the moment fed up by them controlling his life, controlling everyone's lives, so he decided to bring her anyway, of course, he did not tell her that she is not allowed, because she would try to persuade Hanzo not to bring her and Hanzo did not need that at the moment, he wanted her there so he would not do or say something he might regret, they probably knew what was happening in there and chose not to help.

Hanzo now stepped out of the apartment building and immediately noticed a bunch of people running around with notes and pencils, near the gate he also spotted some people looking like military, but their uniforms were not theirs and they were decorated, meaning that they probably were here for business. But he did not pay much attention to that, as he had only one thing in mind, and that was some god dammed answers. Hanzo even finally considered the mysterious being's offer from his dreams, each day now it seemed more appealing, however, he wondered why those dreams and that man appear to him on his way back, each night was dreamless, but now it was back to the classic routine of dreams, same dreams of promises each time.

But now he finally stood before the door that separated him and Rumi with Takashi, Zabuza, and the chief himself, Jindaraja.

Hanzo took a deep breath and Rumi put her hand on his shoulder as he opened the door. There already sat all of those he wanted to question, all of them sat down behind a large table, looking at him some with neutral faces, and some with apologetic faces.

Jindaraja: Hanzo, good to see you, but I think the same cannot be applied from your side.

Hanzo: You better give me some answers old man! You all have been acting weird before the mission, I just thought that it was because it was a hard mission, but I feel like you are not telling me something, something that made me lose a good friend!

Rumi had to actually start holding/hugging Hanzo so he would not jump at them. He should not have a weapon with him, but he just stood the guards to fuck off and they decided that it would be better if they stayed out of it.

Jindaraja: That is why you are here and more, we want to tell you what is happening, what is to happen.

Takashi: And give you answers to your questions.

Zabuza: Just listen to us Hanzo, violence won't solve anything Hanzo, believe me, I tried.

Hanzo: Give me answers and I will listen to what you plan on, but until then, whatever is not about the answers, I don't hear, Is that understood....chief.

Jindaraja sighs.

Jinderaja: You got it.

Jindaraja was in no position to make demands or try to negotiate, he seriously did not want to lose the one person who could end this war, however, he also did not want to tell him the whole truth, because Hanzo might rebel once he would be told what was to come.

Jinderaja: So... Where will we start.

Hanzo looked into his eyes.

Hanzo: Mission debriefing, to have this out of the way.

Hanzo then spend about half an hour explaining their mission, from start to end, especially making sure that he highlighted every moment he thought they could have avoided and every moment that could have saved Rubashi. But when he told that story, he started to doubt his blame, were they really responsible? Was it that Akali girl, if not for her protective cover wouldn't have been destroyed, or was it clearly just his mistake, was he the only one to blame?
