Nurturer was responsible for all the physical & emotional needs of every newborn during it early years.
But sometimes, their was two cases when release wasn't punishment: the elderly which was a time of celebration for a life well and fully lived and newborn which always brought a sense of what could have been. It was specifically troubling for the nurturers, who felt like they failed. But It rarely happened.
Then we had Night crew nurturing which was assigned to those who lacked the interest or skills or insight for the moral vital jobs of the daytime hours. Most had not even been given spouses because they lacked the essential capacity to connect to others. Which was required for the creation of a family unit
