Cute shirt or cute you?

Y/N had been crushing on Nami for weeks, but she just couldn't find the right words to express her feelings. She didn't want to come on too strong and risk ruining their friendship, but she also didn't want to keep her feelings bottled up forever.

One day, while they were out shopping together, Y/N decided to take a chance and confess in a funny way. They were browsing through a clothing store, and Y/N spotted a shirt with a funny slogan that caught her eye. She grabbed it and held it up to Nami.

"Hey, Nami, what do you think of this shirt?" she asked, trying to act casual.

Nami glanced at the shirt and raised an eyebrow. "It's cute, but why do you ask?"

Y/N grinned mischievously, holding the shirt up to her chest.

"Because I think it perfectly expresses how I feel about you," she said, her eyes sparkling with humor.

Nami's eyes widened in surprise, and then a slow smile spread across her face.

"Oh really? And how's that?" she asked, playing along.

Y/N held up the shirt again, revealing the slogan: ' I'm not saying I'm in love with you, but I'm definitely not not saying it. '

Nami burst out laughing, her hand covering her mouth.

"Oh my god, Y/N, that's hilarious!" she exclaimed, her eyes shining with amusement.

Y/N felt a surge of courage, emboldened by Nami's positive reaction.

"But seriously, Nami, I do have feelings for you," she said, her voice softening.

Nami's smile turned tender, and she reached out to take Y/N's hand. "I know, Y/N. And I feel the same way about you," she said, her fingers entwining with Y/N's.

Y/N's heart raced with joy, and she couldn't believe that her funny confession had actually worked. They continued shopping, holding hands and stealing glances at each other, both too nervous to say anything more.

Finally, as they were leaving the store, Nami turned to Y/N with a mischievous grin. "You know, Y/N, if you wanted to tell me you had feelings for me, you didn't have to resort to a funny shirt," she teased.

Y/N felt her cheeks heat up, but she couldn't help but laugh.

"Hey, it worked, didn't it?" she replied, her own grin spreading across her face.

Nami laughed too, and then leaned in to press a soft kiss to Y/N's cheek.

"Yes, it definitely did," she said, her lips brushing against Y/N's skin.

Y/N's heart swelled with happiness, and she knew that even if her confession hadn't been perfect, it had led to the best possible outcome - being with the girl she loved.
