"Okay! Okay! Okay! I got it this time!" Blondie popped as you stared up into the starry sky. The palistrom tree was as lovely as always with its flowing white petals twirling to the ground. You floated through the air, hand behind your head, mask once again comfortably on your face. Well, at least it still exists here! You could still hear the sound of it splitting apart on loop in your brain.

"Oh yeah? Give us an explanation." You queried as you kicked yourself around. You could hear his hands rubbing together before he spoke.

"Okay, so we already said that it couldn't have been that one dreamscape demon from the second dimension, right?" He once again began his focused pacing down below you.

"Correct. He gave up on the demon realm like two millenniums ago. Too many unicorns here." You recalled.

"Well, what if it was a demon, just not him?"
Your face scrunched in disbelief. You curved your back so that you could look at him. He was wearing an outfit that was relatively simplistic: a loose tunic with brown trousers and boots, accompanied by his mask, of course. Suspending your disbelief, you encouraged him. "And what demon could be powerful enough to connect our dreams permanently?"
"The Titan!"

You went slamming towards the ground out of shock. Before you could even try to land on your feet, Blondie had caught you in his arms. One arm under your legs, the other bracing your back, it kinda made you feel like the love interest in a shojo manga after they just randomly faint and wake up in the arms of an unbelievably attractive person. You felt your face hint at heating up as you peered closely into his eyes. Note to self; stop.

"The Titan?" You cried.
"Yup." He popped the P at the end. "Think about it. The Titan's the most powerful being that we know of in the Demon Realm. Almost all of the magic around us comes directly from him! Plus if his spirit still lingers, which we know it does-"

"You mean 'which we believe it does.' For all we know your uncle could just be hearing voices, or may be the victim of some prankster spirit taking things too far."

You didn't have to see his mouth to know that it was pressed in a frown. Still holding you like a baby, he proceeded on with his pacing. Just how long did he think he could carry you?

"My uncle's not hearing anything that isn't the Titan!" He protested.
"Not even you?"
"No! I mean yes! I mean- UGH!! Listen, it's not that kind of-"
"Not hearing Lilith?"
"Soltare-"
"What about the other coven heads? The generals? Scouts? What about his people? Is he hearing them?"
"You're just being annoying now!"
"Maybe so. Why do you find that annoying though?"

He paused. His ears were red with quiet rage that threatened to boil over and drop you on the ground if you carried on. "You're too much. You already know that though, don't you?"

You decided to get comfortable where you were and rested your head against his shoulder.
"I do, yeah. Thank you for noticing~" Your voice was a sort of confident mumble that only served to make his ears even redder.

"As I was saying," He muttered, irises pulling away from yours. "The Titan's spirit should still be powerful enough to do things like this. It would make sense, especially since we don't meet the curse diagnosis quota... Actually that system is really flawed and does need to be revamped to fit a wider scale of curses, so maybe... I'm getting off topic, back to the Titan! Unless there's some spell out there that can explain this- a spell that neither of us have come across, even in forbidden spell books- the Titan Theory is our best bet!"
You nodded, unintentionally ruffling the fabric of his shirt.
