TW: I really hope you like children, because the remaining chapter is about their family. (I don't usually like writing about children, but I think Bucky and Beverly deserve a happy ending and the family they've always wanted)

Beverly's POV

Four years old.

The kids have grown up so fast. These past 4 years have been full of injuries, tears, laughter, and learning how to be proper parents for our children. Sometimes, it doesn't feel real. I have to keep reminding myself that I finally have the happy ending I've always wanted. There are times when I get scared that I'm not made to be a mother, but when one of my children hugs me or tells me that they love me, I know that I deserve this. Bucky is the most amazing father. The girls definitely favour him, but that is only because he is always on their side. A few months ago, Jamie was trying to steal food in the night, but when I caught her, I grounded her. Only to find out the next day that Bucky had taken her, Rebecca and Steve to the park. I was mad initially, but when Jamie apologized, I couldn't be annoyed anymore.

Plans have changed over these years, and we've adjusted to them. The baby's room is Jamie's, filled with artwork she has down with me in my studio. She definitely loves doing art with me more than Steve and Becca. Steve loves playing football in the garden with garden and his room, previously Wanda's bedroom, is full of famous football player posters and his bedding is designed with footballs. Becca loves princesses and princes, and her bedroom, the previous playroom, is bright pink and has a large wooden castle with dolls in the corner where she and Jamie play together. Sometimes, Steve joins to be the dragon, and their laughter is the best sound in the world.

A few months after the births, Wanda moved out of our house and into an apartment nearby. We've visited a few times with the children, and it is perfectly spacious enough for her. Recently, she and her new boyfriend moved into the apartment, living together. She met him 3 years ago, and they have been together since. He knows about Vision and understands that she will always love him, but he still stays with her. I defiantly approve of him. Even Bucky does.

"Steve! Becca! Come on, we're going to be late." I shout up the stairs.

Bucky and Jamie are already waiting outside the house, but Steve and Becca made it their mission to make this morning as stressful as possible. Not like today is stressful enough. It's their first day of school, and if Steve and Becca keep messing about upstairs, they are going to miss the bus. I rush up the stairs, seeing them whispering in the corner of Steve's room. I know they are plotting some evil plan, but we really don't have time.

"Come on, your going to make Jamie late as well."

We all walk down the stairs and out of the house, seeing Bucky holding Jamie in his arms. She looks tired, as she didn't sleep much last night, too excited for her first day of the new school. Altogether, we walk down the road and to the end of the street, where the large, yellow school bus is waiting for us. A few children are ushered into the bus, saying goodbye to their parents. When we make it to the side doors, Bucky hugs Jamie before passing her to me. I kiss her forehead as Bucky hugs Steve and Becca.

"I love you, Jamie. Have a good day."

"I love you too, Mommy." I place her on the floor.

Steve lets go of Bucky and runs to hug my legs, wrapping his tiny arms around them. I chuckle before pulling his arms off and bending down in front of him. He slams his body onto mine, hugging me tightly. Instead of waiting, Becca joins in on the hug, hugging my side. Jamie looks left out, so I usher for her to join in, which she happily does. I kiss all their foreheads, before pulling back from them, looking them in the eyes.

"I love you all so much."

"I love you, Mommy." They all say.

"Promise me you won't get into trouble, okay?" I stick out my pinky finger.

They all join in by joining their pinky fingers in mine, promising me that they won't cause any trouble. The bus driver calls out for any last children to get on the bus, and Bucky and I usher them to get on. They all squish onto a bench, look out of the window, and wave goodbye to us. We do the same, Bucky side hugging me. The bus drives off down the road, getting smaller the further it drives.

Their first day of school is complete.
