Yeonjun spent the next few days locked in Taehyun's room as he studied the legality of his situation. He wished him and Beomgyu were on good terms. Back in high school, Beomgyu was invested in true crime and court cases- almost obsessively. He even planned on going to law school after they had graduated.

Yeonjun wondered how he had such a dramatic shift in careers, but that's not the point.

If Beomgyu were here he would know what to do, unlike Yeonjun who was completely lost.

He contemplated asking Soobin to reach out to Beomgyu for him and just ask for advice, he didn't even have to say Yeonjun's name, just make it a hypothetical scenario. Although it would be the easiest solution, he knew he couldn't do that.

He found out why Soobin and Taehyun were fighting when he had arrived at the apartment and the couple have not spoken to each other since. He didn't want to put an even worse strain on either of Soobin's relationships since he has been so kind to him through everything.

"Think Yeonjun think," he tried to hype himself up as he stared at the abundance of information on Taehyun's desktop. The fear of this whole situation and what could possibly happen to him kept him distracted.

A knock on the bedroom door pulled Yeonjun away from his thoughts. Before Yeonjun could respond, a disheveled Taehyun walked into the bedroom holding a plate of food. He was wearing a baggy band t-shirt, gray plaid pajama pants and his silver hair was unbrushed.

"Tost-u" Taehyun said as he put the plate down in front of Yeonjun.

"Thank you," Yeonjun smiled at him. When Yeonjun first met Taehyun, he was not sure how well the two boys would get along, especially with how reluctant Taehyun was to help him throughout this entire situation. Now, Yeonjun has warmed up to the younger boy. Ever since his fight with his boyfriend, Taehyun has become less defensive towards Yeonjun and has started to open up to him- he is even doing his best to help Yeonjun now.

Taehyun sat on the edge of his desk and crossed his arms, "Have you gotten in touch with the lawyer I recommended?"

"No," Yeonjun typed in his name on the keyboard, "Whenever I try to search for him nothing pops up."

Taehyun looked at the screen and scoffed, "That's because you're spelling his name wrong." Taehyun tapped the screen, as his desktop had a touchscreen, and erased Yeonjun's search. He put in the correct spelling, his bracelets jingling with every little movement he made with his hand.

Yeonjun scrunched his nose at the sound, "Do you ever take those off?"

"No," Taehyun smiled, "They're all important to me."

"Not even in the shower," Yeonjun gasped and Taehyun just rolled his eyes, "Well what makes them so special? They look like ordinary beaded bracelets."

Taehyun looked down at his wrist and pointed to each one as he told the story behind them, "This was the last bracelet my mom made for me before she passed. She's the one who taught me how to make beaded bracelets. When I graduated high school I made matching ones for my grade school friends and I and that is what this one is. These last two are from Soobin. On our first date we had a picnic at the park, and I taught him how to make bracelets. He gave me the one he made and it's a little ugly but it's still special," Taehyun laughed at the memory, "I've never seen him struggle with something so badly. The second one from him, he gave me on our one-year anniversary. It's a remake of the very first one so that's why they look similar, just structurally better."

"That's all so sweet," Yeonjun smiled with him, "How are you and Soobin doing by the way?"

Taehyun shifted at the name and his mood dropped almost instantly, "I still haven't heard from him."
