After driving for who knows how long, we pull into a driveway, it leads to a big, red house.
"This is the place" Jake states, causing mom to laugh, which I can tell was forced. I get out of the car and pause my music, a playlist of one direction and 5sos.
"What do you think?" Jake asks nervously.
"Its nice" my mom and I both state at the same time causing Jake to laugh anxiously.
After we follow Jake inside he gives us a tour. My bedroom was actually the attic which was surprisingly nice. It had a huge tv, a queen sized bed, a bathroom with a tub, shower and double sinks, a walk in closet, a mini fridge full of bottles of water, dr. pepper (my favourite) and juice packs. It had a study spot by a window with a huge, shiny wooden desk, a billion books, and a window seat. This place was pimped out, I didnt mind though.
I set my laptop up on the desk and plugged it in. I put my phone in my docking station and started playing one direction- midnight memories (my favourite album) I dragged my three luggage bags full of clothes over to my closet and started unpacking. Maybe this won't be so bad after all.
A few hours later my mom calls me down, I had changed into black shorts and a bright pink muscle tank.
She leads me to the backyard, and can I just say, this place looks amazing. It has a huge pool with pool chairs around it, a huge deck, a trampoline and beautiful garden. This Jake guy must be rich. I quickly run upstairs and got on my bikini, grabbed my book and headphones and headed to the pool.
