Chapter 22

Simon's pov

I wake up and I'm still on the couch, so are the rest of the boys. They're all asleep, I see Holly on the couch across from me, shes also asleep. I can barley open my left eye. My body is sore and tired, but it was worth it.
I can't get the image of that stupid prick holding Holly over his shoulder out of my mind. How scared and mad her face looked. It makes me furious just thinking about it. If anyone ever hurts her I know I'll flip. What would've happened if we wouldn't have been there quick enough. This is basically my fault. I shouldn't have let her stay out there alone. I'm so stupid. I can't believe I even let him touch her. Just the thought of him touching her makes me anxious. I get fidgety, I hold my breath, anything to distract from that. It makes me sick to my stomach. Now she has school starting on Wednesday, how am I supposed to cope? Knowing she's going to be at a place with probably 100 other boys her age for 7 hours a day.
I still find it hard to believe that she's going into year 11. Like, shes so young but so mature, gorgeous, thoughtful, selfless, and kind. I wish there was a word that describes her. Shes more than perfect, way more. Even when she makes me mad she's still perfect. Even now when she's asleep and her hair is messy and her makeup is smudged, she's still perfect.
After a while of drooling over her, I decide to go upstairs to bed.

Hollys pov

I wake up and I'm still on the couch, my head is in JJ's lap which is a bit awkward but its fine, its the break of dawn and everyone is still asleep, well Simon, Josh and Vik are all gone but I guess they're just in their room. I decide to keep my head in JJ's lap because if I move he might wake up, and frankly, its pretty comfortable. I pull up the fuzzy blanket that was just over my legs and bring it to my neck. I shut my eyes and fall back asleep.
When I wake up again I see JJ on his phone. He's most likely on Twitter or flirting with some girl.
"Good morning." I mumble and sit up.
"Oh hey." He says and laughs "How'd you like it down there?"
"Comfy." I say and we laugh. "What time is it?" I ask.
"10" He responds.
"Where is everyone else?" I ask as I notice we're alone.
"Vik, Josh and Simon are upstairs or eating, the rest left. I'm here." He says and laughs again.
"You could've just like pushed me off if you wanted to move." I say.
"I could've, but I'm not a dick." He responds.
"Right. I forgot about that part." I say. JJ is actually really easy to talk to, I use to feel awkward and uncomfortable around him and now I'm sleeping with my head way too close to his "parts", its funny how things can change so quickly.
"So what are you up to today?" He asks.
"Well I start school on Wednesday so I'm going shopping for a bag, clothes, pencils, binders other school shit, you know? That kinda stuff." I say.
"Cool, when's that?" He asks.
"Well I'm going to go home, shower, get ready and go, so 11 or 12." I say.
"Cool! Who are you going with?" He asks.
"Well mom and Jake are working. So me. Wanna come?" I ask him.
"I'd love to. I can help you pick out stuff to make you look hot. Y- you know, for, uh, Simon I mean." He stutters.
"Gotcha." I say and laugh. "I would text you when I'm ready but I don't have your number..." I say.
"Oh right. Okay give me your phone" He says and I hand it to him.
Once I get home I run upstairs and get in the shower. I wash my hair, shave, wash my face, all that jazz. Once I get out I blow dry my hair and straighten it, then I put it in a ponytail. I do my makeup and put on a hoodie and leggings. Leggings are just my everyday thing, like why would I wear jeans when I could wear leggings? Honestly theres no reason.
h-Yo jj, I'm ready whenever you are.
J-okay, are we taking my car or yours?
h-we can take mine if you want. whatever is best for you.
j-lets take mine because it's sick and people will be like 'omg marry me'
h-Haha alright see you soon.
Well, thats a normal conversation with JJ if you were wondering what that would look like.
"Alright you ready to go?" He asks.
"Yeah, can't wait." I say and hold up my credit card.
"Okay get in." He says. I get in and we sing/rap Drake all the way to the mall.
"We could so collab." JJ says.
"Yeah, but I don't think we would get signed to any record label." I say, we both laugh and enter the mall. First we go to Pac-sun, then Forever 21, Charlotte Ruess, Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister. All of those places, when we get to Victoria's Secret he decides he's going to shop for me.
"I like these, its simple, hot, soft, its good. And then these pink ones are hot so those are a must, and the blue ones to spice it up a little." He says.
"JJ, you're really loving this." I say.
"Well they're nice. It's kinda fun to be honest." He states.
"I know!" I say.
After we finish there we go to staples and get a billion pencils, pens, highlighters, notebooks, and other stuff like that.
"I heard that you almost didn't pass grade 10." He says.
"Yep. I suck at school." I say.
"Not this year." He responds.
"What?" I ask.
"This year you're going to take lots of notes. You're going to study, we're all going to force you. Vik is like a genius and knows everything so if you're confused ask him. You're not going to fail or anywhere close to that this year, I'm not that smart so I can't really help but all the other Sidemen are pretty smart actually." JJ says.
"Okay, I'll actually try, and if I get a bad mark you can punch me in the face." I say.
"I won't but I'll give you to those pricks from Thorpe Park." He jokes and we laugh.
Later that day when we get back around supper time we both walk into the sidemen house.
"Where were you guys?" Simon says.
"We went shopping" I say and hold up my bags. I smile really big and he comes over and kisses me.
"You should leave some of that stuff here so when you sleep over you can have clothes. Like if you have to go to school then you won't have to run home in your jammies." He says.
"Good idea!" I say and walk up the stairs to Simons room. He doesn't follow me so I pick an empty drawer and put in a bright pink lacey bra and a matching thong. I put in a purple bra and matching g-string and a black strapless bra with a black thong in. I also put in a few pairs of cheeky underwear, my new pink sports bra, grey sweatpants and a purple long sleeved shirt for sleeping in. I make sure to keep the best stuff in his house because I know he's going to look. I put in 2 pairs of black leggings, black spandex, and a pair of jeans that I won't ever wear. I hang up a white t-shirt, a burgundy long sleeved v-neck, and a Pink brand sweatshirt that is ironically blue, and I move Simons sidemen sweater over to the part of the closet that I'm using. Its comfy, what can I say. I shove some socks in the drawer and I put a few necklaces in there too.
I come back downstairs and I see Vik.
"Hey, how did everything go last night? Good I hope." He says.
"Yeah everything was good." I say.
"So you went shopping I see?" He says and looks at my huge shopping bags.
"Yep, Jj and I went this morning. I'm all ready for school." I tell him.
"Great." He says.
"Is all your stuff put away?" Simon asks and hugs me from behind.
"Yeah, I'm all set." I say.
"Well you might need to bring stuff over to shower with unless you want to smell like me." Simon tells me.
"Although I love how you smell, I'll bring my stuff. I'll have to remember to bring that tomorrow or something." I say.
My phone rings.
"Hello?" I ask.
"Hey hun, where are you?" My mom says.
"I'm at Simons, why?" I ask.
"Well I haven't seen you yet today and miss you. I was thinking we could have a girls night." She says.
"Oh okay sure! I'd love that. I'll see you soon." I say and hang up.
"I have to go to home, but I'll see you tomorrow!" I say and kiss Simon on the cheek. "See you guys!" I say and run out the door.
