Chapter 27

Holly pov

Around 11pm Simon and I go downstairs. Vik is calling a cab. All of the Sidemen are there too. Vik hangs up the phone and goes upstairs to get his bags.
"Are you nervous?" Harry asks me.
"Not really." I respond.
"Do you fly a lot?" JJ asks.
"Well I use to have to fly a lot for sports, and I flew here from Canada." I tell him.
"Right." He says and laughs.
"Do you have your passport?" Vik asks me while he carries his backpack and luggage down the stairs. I nod and turn to Simon.
"And Simon has my plane ticket." I say. He takes it out of his pocket and hands it to me.
"Okay well it looks like the cab is here." Vik says.
"Okay." Simon starts, "I'm going to miss you Hol. Facetime me whenever you can, or snapchat, or text me, or something." He says and kisses me.
"I will." I say. I say goodbye to the rest of the guys and Vik does too. I pick uo my duffle bag and put on my backpack. We walk out to the cab and I put my duffle bag in the trunk. Once we get in Vik tells the cab driver where we're going and he starts the car. Simon and JJ stand in the doorway and wave.
"Okay. We get there around 9, our time. We check into our hotel then a meet and greet at 12, Boston time. Then we have an interview at 5, and a party at 8. Saturday, we're at the event all day, we have our own booth which is open 12-6, then we're going for supper at 9. Same thing on sunday but supper at 8. Monday we leave Boston at 1, and should be home by 9. Got it?" Vik asks.
"Yeah" I say nervously.
"Whats wrong? You seem tense." He states.
"Well I'm kinda scared to meet them." I say.
"The pack?" He asks.
"Yeah. Like I don't know, I feel like they won't like me. Especially Lachlan and Preston." I tell him.
"They're really nice and easy to get along with. You'll definitely get along with Lachlan. Also, Lachlan, you and I are sharing a room." He says.
"Does Lachlan know?" I ask.
"Oh shit no. I'll FaceTime him." Vik says. He goes on his phone and I soon hear the FaceTime sound.
"Hellloo Mole-star-123." Lachlan says.
"Aye jag-battle-duty!" Vik exclaims.
"Whats going on buddy?" Lachlan asks.
"Well Simons girlfriend Holly is coming with me to Boston, and she'll be sharing a room with us, if that's alright?" Vik asks.
"Sure. Sounds good." Lachlan says.
"Okay thanks. Catch you soon." Vik says and hangs up.
Once we get to the airport we get our bags checked and go through security. Its 1:30am when we get to the gate. I grab my laptop out of my backpack and my earbuds. I plug them in and go on skype. I skype Simon but he doesn't answer. I then skype Harry and he answers.
"Hey!" He says.
"Hey!" I respond.
"Guys, Holly is on skype!" Harry yells and the boys crowd around.
"So whats up?" Ethan says.
"Well Vik and I got through security and everything fine and now Instead just waiting for the plane." I tell them.
"Wheres Vik?" Tobi asks.
"He's over there talking to some fans." I tell them and point to him.
"Well thats nice of him." Harry says.
"Oh my god! It's the girl from The Sidemens Twitter! Holly!" I hear a girl exclaim. I look up and see a girl who's about 13 running over to me.
"Hi." I say.
"Hi. Oh my god, you're even prettier in real life if thats even possible." She says.
"Awe thank you. Whats your name?" I ask her.
"I'm Carrie!" She exclaims.
"Oh well, I'm Holly but I guess you already knew that. So you're a fan of the Sidemen?" I ask.
"Yes! A huge fan actually!" She says.
"Well, then let me show you this" I say and unplug my headphones and spin the laptop around.
"Oh my god! Its them! Oh my god!" She stutters. They all say hello and talk to her for a minute.
"Okay. Can I get a picture Holly?" Carrie asks.
"Of course." I say and she takes out her phone. We take a few pictures and she thanks me.
"Okay I need to go to my gate now. It was nice meeting all of you." She says.
"You too." I say and wave her goodbye. I plug my headphones back in.
"Well, that was cute." Josh says. "Was that the first time someone freaked out over you?" He adds.
"Yeah. Its pretty cool." I say. "Okay guys I have to go get Vik and we need to board our flight, bye!" I say and they all say goodbye and hang up.
I walk over to Vik and tell him we need to go. We walk onto the plane and find our seats.
"I was skyping with the boys." I say.
"I was taking pictures with people." He tells me.
"I know. I saw you. And guess what. A girl recognized me and I got a picture with her." I tell him.
"Wow. Get use to it because I'm sure a few people will recognize you this weekend too." He tells me. Before we take off I text Simon.
H-the planes about to take off. I'll miss seeing your adorable dimples in person over these next few days.
S-I already miss you so much. Snapchat me when you get there. xoxox💙
He responds and a huge smile grows on my face.
"What are you smiling about?" Vik asks me.
"Oh just Simon. He's so cute." I say.
"Don't make me barf." Vik teases me. I take a snapchat of him and put it in my story on snapchat. He does the same and then we both put in our earbuds and get ready to fly.
