Chapter 12: Friend's of the enemy

    It was 7'o clock in the morning, Some of the citizens were still asleep in their homes, stores upon stores were slowly opening to sale of their goods for the day. All aside from that, everything was dead silent, except for some occasional sounds of the ocean waves hitting the sand. Our trio, Meggy, Mario, and Auri, were quickly getting ready to head back to the ally way they walked through last night. They had to skip breakfast since they know that the voice's from last night would be there bright and early to pick up these boxes to deliver. Mario, was obviously not a big fan when they had to skip breakfast, It made him very irritable when he has an empty stomach.
A Couple of minutes has pass while walking down the streets of Port Aurora, they've finally found themselves back in the dark ally way although It's more bright than it is dark since the sun is getting up. They could see better, and are able to see what they haven't saw before.
They saw some small businesses like, restaurants, shoe ware stores, Some apartment houses, and mini markets as well. The homeless people were still there, just sleeping in their tents with news papers as blankets, and there were still motionless people just sitting their like it's nothing. It wasn't that all bad and scary when its day time in this ally way, it looks just like the rest of Port Aurora, with its own dystopian problems.
The three kept on walking, till they found themselves at the exact spot to where they heard the noises. They can also see how the building looked like, It had a big garage, with a big rusty metal gateway without any windows to see in through, its red cracked brick building are the only way they can see through, although its pretty small and dark to see. There were also some stairs on the right side of the gateway, which lead to a teal colored, metal door. 
Auri then walked up the stairs, carefully towards the teal door. He tried to open it, but it was locked up.
"Hey guys!" He whispered to Mario and Meggy, "Does any one of you have like a paper clip, or tweezers to pick the lock from the door?" He asked.
Meggy checked her pockets, but the only thing she have with her is another one of her emergency ink bombs. Mario too, checked his pocket and even his hat, but hasn't got anything. "No, sorry Auri." Meggy said.
"Barnacles! There must be something here to pick the locks!" Auri was getting a little bit frustrated, he saw some trash and scraps on the ground, and if there's any luck, hopefully for Auri he'll be able to find something that can help him unlock the door.
He began searching the littered ground for what he can use to pick the locks with.
Mario on the other hand, has an idea of his own. He walked up to the stairs to the door, ripped off his own mustache, and picked the lock with it.
"Mario?" Said Meggy, "What are you doing?"
"Holds'a on, I think Mario got it."
And by a miracle, the door swooshed wide open for them! Mario placed his mustache back onto his face.
"Ta-da!" He said, feeling proud of himself.
Meggy was in absolute shocked how Mario was able to pick the locks, despite of his stupidity. Auri looked up and was also in shock, "I guess that's one way to pick a lock" He said in amazed.
The 3 walked straight inside this big garage, of what they assumed to be the criminal's base. It was pretty dark inside with not much to see, there were some metal pillars that Mario kept on walking into, and some crooked wooden crates that seemed to be nailed up and ready to be transported. Meggy unexpectedly found a light switch that was near another door way, and flipped it on. Everything  went bright like white like snow, their vision was blurry for a little while. Once their vision were back, they can finally see what they've found themselves into.
There were more piles and piles of nailed up crates, and other crates which haven't been filled yet. On the floor, they saw an unhealthy amount of big mechanical parts, which were scattered everywhere! 
Meggy walked up to one of these crates to see if there's an address or name tag on them. She found one on the sides from the box, although it was pretty hard to read, The only word that she could make up was 'Doctor,' and the rest just looks like scribbles.
Mario was just messing around with the half filled crates, making a complete mess of random parts. On the other side of the room, Auri found something that was taped against the wall, which immediately got him by surprise.
"Guys!" He yelled, "Look what I found!"
Mario and Meggy were quick to come over.
"What is it !" asked the concerned Meggy.
Auri, without a word, pointed to the thing that was taped against the wall, Meggy gasped from the sight. There were blueprints scattered everywhere on the wall! There's blueprints of what seems to be a giant robot, making the scattered parts and pieces make sense now. Not only that, but there were other things taped on the wall like, plans of what Ink Bigerra will do to cause mayhem, prototype designs, finalized designs, and even a whole drawn map of the entire island as well, with places marked for destruction and stealing.
"Holy cow..." Meggy whispered to herself in disbelief, she examined these blueprints a little bit closer, and on it, it was signed.
It read, 'By team Deez-Nutz,' In poor hand writing.
Unexpectedly, they heard the big garage door opening up slowly! Without anywhere to go, the three jumped into empty crates and hid there. Foot steps were heard, and they talked as they got inside. It was the 2 mysterious voices from last night!
"Bruh, you left the light on again didn't you!" Yelled the scratched record player voice 
"No," Cried the weird voice "I remembered I turned it off last the night!" 
"Well whatever, remember, you take all these 69 boxes, and you carry me while I take 1 of these things."
"But that's not fair! It's to heavy for my stubby arms!"
"Hey! we made a deal!"
"But still Bob, It's just to much for me!"
"Bob!" Meggy screeched confusingly, She quickly flipped the lid of the crate open, and poked her head out.!
She was in utter  shock to see that the 2 mysterious voices were her friends from back home! Bob, and Boopkins!
"BOB!?" She screamed.
"hUh?" He said in surprised.
"BOOPKINS!"
"Um, hey Meggy..."  Boopkins Anxiously said.
Mario and Auri then jumped out from their boxes. 
"You there!" Yelled Auri, making Bob and Boopkins put their hands up in the air, "You two are under arrest, for violating against the law and attempting on world domination!" He said to them angrily. 
"wHaT, nO!" Bob fearfully said, "tHiS gUy hEre iS thE oNe whO BroUGht mE inTo tHiS!" He then pointed at Boopkins, framing him.
"What! You brought me into this first!" Boopkins yelled back.
"sOrRy bUDdY, bUt jAiL iS nO GooD fOr yOu'R bOy!"
"WHAT!"
Bob then grabbed Boopkins, and threw him at Auri! making him fling across the other side of the room!
"tAkE hiM oFfiCer!" He screamed, and cowardly ran outside, and got onto a Go Kart that they have, and drove off!
"No! Bob! Wait for me!" Desperately yelled Boopkins, as he ran outside, but he already drove off. "Aw Bob, we we're supposed to be a team!" He cried.
What Boopkins didn't notice was that, Mario, Meggy, and Auri were right behind him without warning. Boopkins turned to face at them, fearfully.
"Erm, I-I can explain."
"Save that for the judge." Said Auri, and he then trapped him with one of the wooden crates! Mario nailed the crate close shut as Boopkins bang and push within the box. Auri sat on top of it so he wouldn't break out easily.
"Mario, Meggy!  Take care of the run away while I keep this fish guy trapped in the box!"
"On it!" They both said, and started running down to where Bob drove away.
Luckily, the go kart left tire tracks, making it easier to follow where he went left off.
"Come on Mario!" Meggy said to Mario, and together they followed the track marks, leading to where Bob has went.
Meanwhile, Bob was causing mayhem on the streets with his go kart, he ran over the now awaken citizens, crashing into store stands, and even through the walls! It was very chaotic for the people, trying to run away from him.
"Help, HELP!" Cried one of the citizens, "There's a madman destroying our home!" 
Mario and Meggy came up running to see the streets in complete ruins! Chaos was scattered everywhere!
"Where did Bob go!" Questioned Meggy
Out of nowhere, Bob ran his go kart through Mario, and ran him over violently!
"hAhA, tAkE thAt yoU sCruB!" Yelled Bob to them, while doing the default dance on his go kart. 
He zoomed off far away from them, Mario's bones were crushed into smithereens, practically non existent.
"My ass." He mumbled on the floor, he was able to get right back up to his feet, forgetting that his bones were crushed into atoms.
"We must'a get that mother fucker!" He wailed.
"But how Mario?" Asked Meggy, "He's far away from where we're at!" 
Mario searched around the area to see if there's anything he can use to catch up to Bob. He saw a vendor with a yellow coat and hat selling Hot Chili Pepper's, giving Mario an idea. He ran behind the pepper vendor, and started gobbling up the entire crates of his peppers! The Chili Pepper Vendor quickly noticed him as he turned back.
"OI YOU!" He yelled, "What the hell you doing with my Chili Pepper you thief!"
Mario's mouth was stuffed with a comical amount of chili pepper's he has eaten, His face was turning red like his sweatshirt and cap from the spiciness of the peppers. Then all of a sudden, Mario started transforming again. The white beam of light made everyone blind, including the sun.
Mario transformed into, "New Super Illegal Mario Fire Work, DELUXE!"
The Chili Pepper Vendor could not believe what he had just saw with his small itty bitty eyes, a plumber turning himself into an illegal fire work, what has this world has come to to? Meggy ran up to the mustachioed fire work, light him up, and stood right on top of him like a hoover board. "Ay! What's about my money!" Cried the Chili Pepper Vendor.
Meggy threw more than 50 tullies right at his face in a hurry.
"Keep the change!" She said to him, and blasted off on the New Super Illegal Mario Fire Work Deluxe!
They speed pass through the chaotic streets, avoiding the falling pieces as they try not to blow up into them. They were already catching up to Bob on his speedy go kart, It was like 200cc on Mario Kart 8. But Bob has a few tricks up his unseen sleeves. He started throwing barrels at them like a mad man! He threw each and single one of them so that it'll hit Mario and causing both him and Meggy to explode!
"tAkE thAt YoU sCrubS!" He trashed talk at them.
But like true pro's, they dodged every single barrel thrown at them, doing sick flips and kicks, to even doing a full on barrel roll! Mario the fire work, and Meggy the bean were getting closer and closer to him with ease and without problems! Bob had finally wasted all the barrels he had sitting around his go kart, Mario and Meggy were now side by side with him, and both of them had no idea of what to do next!
"Mario is gonna do something very illegal!" He cried, and without hesitation or warning, he swirled around Bob just like a Blue Spiny Shell, and aimed right towards Bob, making him cry like a girl.
"Wait Mario no!" Cried Meggy, but it was already to late.
Mario blown himself, along with Meggy and Bob right on impact! The explosion was loud and big, it was clear to see from every part of the island! Everyone marveled at the sight of the explosion. Once the smoked cleared, there was a huge visible crater that Mario has made. Both he and Meggy got themselves back to their feet like nothing had ever happened. Meggy however, was fuming red!
"You okay?" Mario asked her.
"Okay?" She Cried. "OKAY!? Nothing about this is okay Mario! We could've died from your careless explosion!"
"Ay, at least we has'a gotten Bob!"
"I don't care if we have caught Bob or not. You need to stop with this careless action of-" Meggy stopped as she suddenly realized about something.
"Mario..." She said, calmly, "Where's, Bob?" 
The two looked around and saw that Bob was nowhere in sight.
"This doesn't makes sense, we caught him as we blew up." 
Mario then peeped his out from the crater, and was in shock to see that Bob escaped out from the explosion! He was carrying a Golden Mushroom on his hand blades the entire time!
"Look Meggy! Over there!" He to her.
Meggy poked her head up from the crater and was in disbelief as well.
"hAhA, YoU cAn'T cAtCh ThiS aSs BITCH!" Bob yelled back at them, still speeding through the streets on his go kart with his unlimited supplies from his golden mushroom power.
Then there was trouble coming up to him, a young, naive Aura Bora, was eating their daily does of banana, Once they finished it, they threw the peel on the streets, and they didn't know that it's the same path where Bob was zooming on! Bob didn't notice the banana peel on the road on time, and when he did he realize it was to late to put the brakes! He skidded and swirled by the banana peel, unable to regain control of his spinning go kart! He crashed and fell down from the streets into the ocean below! 
Bob was now all soaked, and screaming like a little bitch.
"HeLp!" He cried, like a little girl, "I cAn'T sWiM!"
Mario, and Meggy ran up to the scene to see Bob being dramatic on the ocean, with the water reaching through his waist line.
"Should'sa we tell em?"  Asked Mario.
"Lets give him time to find out himself." She responded, without enthusiasm.
