Chapter 18: Another Family Friendly Interrogation

    After one long, and careful evacuation to get out of the plaza, walking back to the prison house was way harder than it should be. Few of the Teletubbies attempted to break free from the handcuff's and try to run off! Meggy was able to prevent them from doing that, using Mario as a  rocket launcher to pose as a threat to them. Froy also attempted to escape by using one of his teleportation tricks, but failed miserably, and embarrassingly. It took more than 5 minute's, or possibly an hour to get to the prison house. Once they got back, Auri realized that the cells were too packed to add in more. Every cells were filled with inmate's, biting the metal bar's, attempting to break free, and beating the hell out of each other! So instead Auri took them all to the faraway room's while Meggy walk's right behind them with the Mario Launcher.
"There should be empty cells here." Auri said to himself.
Unluckily however, the two cells were occupied still by Bob and Boopkins, who have been here for nearly the entire day! 
"You guy's are still here?" Surprisingly said Meggy.
"dUh, YeAh!" Yelled an enraged Bob, "wE'vE beEn hEre aLl daY!" He angrily added, "wE havEn'T aTe aNy FooD bEside'S tHe OnE tHaT caT biTcH madE!"
"Yeah..." Said Boopkins in a despairing tone, "But they're pretty good, she's an excellent cook!"
"YeAh bEcaUse yoU aRe sHiT!"
"Aww, that's mean..."
"SeRevEs yOu riGhT fOr liKinG thAt biTcH TeRribLe cOoKing!"
"So like, are you guy's gonna do'a something to us'a or what?" Said an impatient Froy.
Auri gave out a very hesitant sigh. He walked up to Bob and Boopkins, and simply opened the cells.
"Bob, Boopkin's..." He said to them, "You're free to go."
In an instant, Bob ran out fast as he trampled over Auri, turning him into pancakes!
"SeE yOu lAteR sCrubS!" Bob yelled, as his laugh faded away as he ran out.
Boopkins followed Bob, right before he said and waved goodbye to Meggy and Mario. Auri got himself back up, with minimal injuries.
"I'll go set up the interrogation room." He said.
Once Auri set up the room, They first started it off with the Maloy brothers, they were locked tight to their chair's, unable to escape n'or use their magic. Auri tapped his feet before he can start.
"Alright Buddy's," Auri said, threateningly, "who are you working for!  What are you hiding! How do you do your magic!"
Both Froy & Doy huffed at him, "We're not telling!" They said.
"Dang it." Sadly sighed Auri.
"Don't worry Auri, I got this... again." said Meggy to him. 
So Auri gave Meggy the seat to Meggy, to give them the taste of what's to come. He went to the corner by the door, with his pen and notepad ready to take notes. Everything became suddenly dark and sinister as Meggy gave the brother's her deadly dead stare.
"So tell us..." She said, with a chilling tone in her voice, causing them to get scared, Meggy then unexpectedly slammed the table! "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US!" She yelled at them with a enraged tone.
Froy was too scared to say anything from Meggy's tone of voice. Doy on the other hand just grumbled, and took the stand for his brother.
"All we was'a doing was'a just'a little payback for tricking us the last time!" He finally said. 
"Tricking you? You stolen my briefcase!"
"Don't blame'a me! Froy wanted to do this, and he forced'a me to do so!" 
Froy was in disbelief from what his brother said, "Forced'a you? You too wanted to'a do this!"
"Did not!"
"Did Too!"
"Did not!"
"Did Too!"
 "Did not!"
"Did Too!"
"SHUT UP!" Angrily screamed Meggy, making them stop fighting each other, "Okay." She then said calmly, and continued to her next question, "So those weird... Alien thing's... Why are they working for you?"
"Isn't it'a obvious?" said Froy, "They-" Doy quickly shut Froy's mouth and shushed him right before he was about to say why.
"Hey! Let him finish what he was about to say!" She yelled 
"Never..." Doy responded. Meggy groaned in distraught.
"Mario!" She called for him, and he just popped out of nowhere from the shadowy corner of the room.
He was holding a handheld mirror on his right hand and pointed it at Doy, making him see himself. Mario then SMASHED the entire mirror with his fist, and it on  somehow got on fire! Mario's threatening warning made Doy scared shitless, letting go of Froy's mouth to let him continue his explanation towards Meggy.
"Now, what I was'a saying," He continued, "We hired'a them to do most of'a the dirty work while me and my brother, do our show, that so nobody will get suspicious with us."
"Wow, how am not surprised." Commented Meggy, "Now my final question," She then leaned towards them in a serious manner. "Do you know someone, wearing a suit, has glasses, and wears a hat?" She said to them.
The Maloy brother's looked at each other with a 'can you believe this girl' face on them, as if they know the answer.
They then looked back at Meggy and said, "No." 
"Does it'a look like we know somebody with'a stupid clothes like'a that?" Doy then said. "Y'ah!" Agreed Froy, "The only'a stupid clothing I see, Is'a shrimp sized ginger with'a to much hat accessories that's'a worth more than whats'a inside!" 
The Maloy brothers laughed at their roast. However, that roast made Meggy snapped! Her eye's were building with rage, her hand's were in position to literally choke him to death!
But she hold it back, and proceeded to ask another question, "Alright, one more thing, what's the deal with the boxes?"
"Boxes?" They questioned confusingly, "We'a don't have boxes."
"Then why are their boxes in the basement?"
"We'a don't know, storage may'a be."
Shockingly, they are answering honestly about those wooden crate boxes back in the Crazy Coconut Theater. The theory of the Maloy Brother's being the ones behind the crimes was debunked.
Auri sighed deeply, "Well that's all" he said, "But you two are gonna be serving here for awhile since you... attempted to murder us." He then added.
he took them to the dirty cells outside of the room, locked them up, and left them there.
Auri then brought in the Teletubbies next, they locked them tight in their own separate chairs. Meggy, feeling somewhat better, began to do her thing. She tried to ask them a question, but they all started blabbering at once before she could even say it! 2 hours have passed now and they were still blabbering over each other. Meggy overtime was losing her sanity dealing with them, whenever she had the chance to ask them a question, they would all silent, not answering her question. Right before Meggy was about to give up, Mario came in, with a bowl of what seems to be a kind of pinkish custard within. He placed it on the table right in front of the Teletubbies, but far from where they can't reach. They then started to drool at the pinkish custard, licking their lips from it's delicious look's and smell. It didn't took long for Meggy to be in the same page as Mario, knowing exactly what he's saying.
"Well then, If one of you would talk, maybe you could have... whatever this thing is!" She said to them.
They were all very hesitant but couldn't stand the sensation of the pink custard. Only one of which looked they were very willing to spill it out, Po, who couldn't stand the custard being far from her reach that she nearly tumbled down the chair!
"I will tell you, JUST LET ME HAVE THE TUBBY CUSTARD!" She cried.
"Only if you tell us where this mad man is at." Meggy responded.
Po sighed, and she started explaining, "The man, in the suit, wearing glasses and has a funny hat... We actually work for him. Working for those circus rejects were our secondary job for cash. We're planning for wanted world domination... It something that not only him wants, but we want too. We and some other people who associate with him, we all do our part to make this plan work. The other's distract the people who live here, stealing, vandalizing, and... many other things, as we transport and work at a different job for... Well you know more cash. Our hideout is in a disclose location somewhere... In the mountains... Now... Give me THAT TUBBY CUSTA-"
Po was interrupted by a gun blast that came out of nowhere! She was shot behind right in her head! Meggy, Mario and Auri were in utter shock of what they've witnessed. They followed the gun smoke, and it came from non other than Tinky Winky who free'd himself from the hand cuff's! He reloaded what seems to be a shotgun that he just somehow has, and then pointed the gun at the trio, making them put their hands up in the air in fear!
"Fools!" He yelled, "Po may have gave out the hideout, but that doesn't mean we can't stop you from going there!" Tinky Winky then placed his finger's on the trigger, and was ready to press it. "So... any last words!" He said, in a sinister tone.
They were all out of luck, they have no control over the situation they were in, they thought it this was their end. That was till Mario came up slowly to Tinky Winky.
"Maybe'a this, would change your mind." He said, and pulled out a Round toast, with a smiley face on it out from his overall pockets.
Tinky Winky looked at the toast for a long second, it made him drop his shot gun, as his pupils began expanding just by looking at it.
"Tubby toast..." He said in a child like voice, and walked closer to Mario to get it. But Mario walked back, making it so that Tinky Winky has a hard time getting that toast.
"You want it?" Teasingly said Mario.
"Yes please." Responded Tinky Winky.
"Well just follow'a me."
And so, Tinky Winky followed Mario and the both of them left the room without a trace. Auri and Meggy looked eye to eye at each other, very confused on what Mario just did with that encounter. They then looked at the other Teletubbies, and the lifeless body of Po, lying against the chair.
"I will... put them in their cells." Whispered Auri. in a shivering voice. "Yeah for the better." Whispered Meggy.
Later that same night, Auri locked up the 2 other Teletubbies, and buried Po somewhere far from here. Meggy looked to where Mario had ran of to with Tinky Winky. She then saw an open door that lead to a stairway to go upstairs. She then entered it, knowing for sure that maybe Mario was there. Once walking all the way up, Meggy found herself on the rooftop of the prison house. She also spotted Mario, sitting on the edge of the roof. She walked up to him, and sat right besides him.
"Hows it going red?.." She asked, calmly. Mario turned his head up to her, with a sad expression in his eye.
"Im'a doing fine." He said.
Meggy obviously knew that he wasn't just by his face, but she played along with his answer like she didn't know. She moved a little bit closer to him  as they both look at the night sky. The night sky was twinkling bright with it's stars shining bright like a diamond. There was a long silent between the two of them, Mario looked sadder than a kid whose ice cream fell to the floor. Meggy isn't so sure how to deal with a depressed Mario, she tried to think of something to say to him, but couldn't. That was till Mario finally said something.
"I'ma sorry..." He said.
"Sorry? Sorry for what?"
"I'ma sorry... for everything. Mario did not'a mean to ruin this vacation for you, I tried'a set things'a right but what'a ever Mario do, he'a always messes up. I keep getting us into'a trouble, I keep'a making mistakes, and we'a always fight for whatever the reason... Mario, just want's to say... I'ma sorry."
Meggy didn't know how to respond to that, her heart felt like it was sinking to the ocean floor. Although something inside of her said otherwise.
"No Mario." She said to him, "I should be sorry..."
"Hmm?"
"Mario... I didn't mean for any of this either. I was to focus on myself on getting to college that I forgot the most important thing of all... You, Mario... I push more on myself on changing more than I though about being a good friend for you. I should be sorry."
Another silent has risen between them again, unsure of what to say next. Mario puts his hand onto her shoulder's, as they both looked at each other.
"I forgive you..." Said Mario.
"...I forgive you too." Meggy said back, "Come on Mario, let's get ready for tomorrow, we're gonna get the person who framed you back to his place!" She added.
"Yahoo!" Excitingly said Mario. Tomorrow is the last day...
"By the way where did you leave that purple alien thing?"
"Oh I pushed him off the roof."
"MARIO WHAT THE FU-"
