"I like your spike face" the Italian heard her other friend tell a man wearing a mask made of silver spikes.
"Thanks!" the man responded cheerfully.
"Usually, you gotta fight your way to centre ring, but you two are viral stars, and viral stars like you? Front of line, baby" Jon Jon said as he walked them forward.
"I'm not here to fight anybody. Okay? I'm looking for my sister, Xu Xialing" Shang told the other man.

Fights in glass cages were happening around them as they were led on.
"Never heard of her. We just lost a fighter at the last minute, so you get the next slot" Jon Jon stopped in front of one of the boxes just as a woman threw a knife at the man she was fighting, stabbing it into his shoulder and making the man groan in pain while the crowd cheered "Nice one, Helen" he cheered for her as well.
"Is he gonna be fighting in one of these?" Katy asked a bit scared for her friends.
"Oh, no, no, no. These are like low-level fights" he directed them to another box "You're gonna be fighting up there"
In the box, a man similar looking to the Hulk, more so known as the Abomination or Emil Blonsky, tossed a shorter man aside.
"That hurt, Emil" the man she recognised as the Supreme Sorcerer Wong from TV said "You want me to show you how it feels?" the Abomination roared and charged.
Right as he was about to punch the smaller man, the sorcerer created a portal so his green fist went through and another portal in front of the monster's face so that the fist hit Abomination instead.
"Wong! Wong! Wong! Wong! Wong! Wong!" the crowd chanted.
"Go, Wong! I always bet on Asian" Jon Jon said.
"Oh, my God" Katy whispered.
"Yeah, look, We're not going up there, okay? Shaun is just trying to..." Madeline tried to tell the man.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. It's too late to back out now. You already committed, bro" Jon Jon said.
"What?
"You signed the contract, remember? Your names are on the roster. The bets are piling in" he explained.
Madeline motioned for the man to lean down to her and whispered something in his ear making him backtrack.
"Right so it's just you then. No probs bro, you'll still be a big hit" Jon Jon corrected his first statement "People would have liked to see you both fight but your friend was kind of smart"
Shang shot Madeline a look and she shrugged her shoulders sheepishly as she hadn't signed the document offered to them, exempting her from fighting like Katy.
"Really? Whats our cut?" Katy asked.
"Katy" Madeline hissed at her friend.
"Oh, its huge" Jon Jon said.
"Really? How huge?" Madeline asked, her interest now piqued.
"It doesn't matter" Shang said as he placed a hand on Madeline's shoulder.
"It matters" she and Katy chorused.
"Dude, I saw you two fight five assassins and a giant Romanian with a razor for an arm on a moving bus. This is just one guy. Just do it. Then we all get paid, and then I'll help you find whoever you're looking for" the other man said.
