Freen's POV

I immediately went inside the house and saw Liza kneeling. Grandma is in front of her as well as 5 other men. Guns are pointed at her. I immediately went to Liza to check on her and made her stand up. I checked if she was wounded and I was relieved that she was not. I noticed that she's not crying, she's not scared. There are no signs of regret to whatever the reason why she's in this kind of situation. She even looks like she was expecting this to happen.

Freen: (confused) What are you doing Grandma?

Grandma: (angry) Get away from her Freen! She's a traitor!! She lied to you and betrayed my trust! She needs to go!

Freen: (confused) What are you talking about?! If you're going to kill her and then you just have to shoot me with her!

Grandma saw how serious I am. I hid Liza on my back using my body so the 5 men back down as they lowered their weapons. Grandma showed me the deal where Liza and I signed when I found out that I am sick.

Grandma: (angry) How could you be so stupid Freen?! Premature Ventricular Contract Tachycardia?!! You're not sick, It's a made up disease!! She deceived you!! Here I am thinking of testing Rebecca if she loved you enough when you already loved her!! Now I know why you start to go against me, why your decision and actions are always in Rebecca's favor. You cared for her.

It took a while to register what Liza did to me. I looked at her in confusion. Tears are forming in my eyes. I was waiting for her to deny everything but she looked at me with apologetic eyes.

Freen: (in denial) No. No. Liza won't lie to me like that. Liza won't do that. She knows the rules. She wouldn't. No. No. It's impossible.

Tears are now flowing  as I looked at her with so much disappointment. The thought of her lying to me is painful. She wouldn't. If she knew that it would break the rule. She will help me avoid it, not to push me into it. How could she do this to me? I saw her started crying as she held my hand tightly.

Grandma: (serious) She did. I command you to stay away from her, Freen. She needs to die. She made a fool out of you.

I closed my eyes and sighed deeply to stop my eyes from crying.  I looked at her with hatred and removed her hand in mine agressively. She came forward to comfort me but I stepped back avoiding her touches. This action hurt her deeply but I just looked at her with my emotionless eyes. I looked at the 5 men and ordered them.

Freen: (cold voice) What are you waiting for. Aim your weapon.

The men raised their weapon and aimed at her as I pointed her as the target. I looked at them and they are in position. My heart beats so loud out of nervousness. I then clenched my fist as I released my final order.

Freen: (authoritative voice) On my command,.................,,,,, Fire.

No Gunshot was heard. I looked at our men and they were all hesitant to shoot her. Liza has been their Doctor too. Their friend, their leader and some even call her their sister. I know that these men can't shoot her. They loved her so much. Grandma is just looking at me. Waiting for me to assess the situation.

Freen: (cold voice) Didn't you hear me?! (shouting) Fire!!

The 5 men then dropped their gun as they sat in seiza position. They bend forward until their forehead reaches the floor. They all apologized in unison. I smiled at the scene.

Freen: (disgusted) How dare you call yourself men or soldiers if you can't even obey a simple command!!

They again apologized in unison as they adress me. I kicked their guns away from them and picked one. I then came near Liza. I approached her without emotions. I put the gun on her forehead. It surprises me that she didn't even flinch and had no signs of fear.
