[Third person POV]

Lancel returns to Sunspear along with their wives and meets with Prince Doran Martell, Daenerys and Lisa stayed in the garden along with Ser Arthur and Aegon.

"Good morning, my Lord" Lancel greets Doran with a slight nod.

"How do you plan to conquer the Iron Throne?" Doran asks him bluntly

"It is not yet time to start the conquest of King's Landing. To start, you have to wait for the war of four Lords" Lancel tells him with a serious look.

"When will the war start?" Doran asks skeptically

"After the death of Robert Baratheon" Lancel tells him and watches Oberyn's reaction

"Are you going to kill him?" Oberyn asks doubtfully

"It won't be me, it will be his own wife" Lancel tells them both about the death of the Hand of the King, as well as about the conspiracies of his own vassals. A short time after Lancel told them this, a servant arrived with a letter telling them about Jon Arryn's death.

"What will the King do after the death of his Hand?" Doran asks with a sparkle in his eyes.

"He will go for his lifelong friend, Eddard Stark" Lancel tells them what King Robert will do. Hearing this, Doran plans to wait and see if what Lancel said came true over time.

"What will you do after conquering the Iron Throne?" Doran asks suspiciously, believing Lancel won't do this without earning something in return.

"I'll go conquer the Free Cities" When Lancel told them this, he only convinced Oberyn, while Doran didn't believe him.

"Will you help us fight the Lannisters?" Doran asks him with a serious look, since his brother told him about the improvement in combat that he has thanks to training with Lancel. Oberyn kept it a secret that it is also due to Lancel's blood

"Yes. May I land the at your port with the Unsullied?" Lancel asks and Doran agrees, as his brother made a sign for him to trust his apprentice.

Meanwhile...

The Lord of Winterfell was on his way to execute a deserter from the Night's Watch. Eddard had the bonds that bound the man to the wall cut and dragged before him.

"Why did you desert the Night's Watch?" Eddard asked Will with a frown.

"The Others my Lord, the Others" Will answered him with a look of fear and madness

"The Others don't exist, did the savages torture you?" Eddard asks, analyzing the man's expression.

"The savage dead live my Lord, they live" Will answers him with his hands grabbing his head

Eddard dismounted and Theon Greyjoy, his pupil, brought his sword to him. It was called Ice, the ancestral sword of House Stark. Finally Eddard gave an order, and two of the guards dragged the ragged man to a hornbeam stump in the center of the square. They forced him to rest his head on the hard black wood

Eddard brandished Ice with both hands and said "In the name of Robert of House Baratheon, First of His Name, King of Andals and Rhoynar and First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm; and by order Eddard of House Stark, Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North, I sentence you to death." He raised the greatsword high above his head and severed the man's head with one blow, firm and sure.
