One year after starting extreme training, everyone can last a certain amount of time defending against continuous one-on-all attacks. Additionally, Daenerys has improved in her bow skills, though she has yet to use a small bow appropriate for her age.

Entering the room, they see that the bathroom door is closed, they push it open and see a naked Lancel sitting on a stool. "Come out for a moment" Lancel tells them, taking a towel and wrapping himself in it.
