"Hey kid!" Jen called me from some where in the house. We had walked home and I was cuddled in a blanket on the floor. "Do you want something to eat?"

Eat? Like the apple and the cookie? I don't know... Should I? I haven't eaten in days. Do I need to? Jen walked over. "Why are you on the floor? You can be on the couch." She sighed. "Come over here to the kitchen, I have soup." I followed her.

She had me sit at a table, much like jhons table. This room, the 'kitchen' was weird. Shiny things hung from odd places all over the room, and it smeeled really nice. Not like any room I had seen before. Jen placed something in front of me. It was something yellowish water with odd colored chunks and a shiny thing sticking out of it. I looked to her in confusion.

"What..? Its soup. Eat it." She said. I looked at the thing in front of me, and back to her. She was putting the shiny thing in her mouth. I tried I to. I chewed on it, but I didn't like it....

Jen stared at me oddly. "Why are you gnawing on your spoon....?"

I took the shiny thing out of my mouth and looked at it curiously. "Spoon? Is it food?"

Jen put her hand on her face. "Of all the...." She sighed and stood up. She walked over and sat next to me. She took my spoon and put it back in the thing. "You put the spoon in the bowl, get soup in it, and put it in your mouth, and you swallow it. Ok?" She said. She put it in my mouth. I swallowed in surprise. It tasted so... New and different... I liked it.

"Hmmpf!!" I choked on the spoon.

"Oh sorry, you ok?" Jen asked as she took the spoon out of my mouth.

"Ooohh! That's soup?! It tastes..... It tastes weird! A good weird! I like it!" I said happily. Watching jen, I was successfully able to eat the rest of the soup on my own. Eating a lot made me feel sleepy, so me and jen went and sat on the couch.

"Hey Angel! Your awake now?" Calcifer appeared next to me.

"Calcifer! Hi! I ate soup!" I told him.

"Really? That's great! Have you been ok? Dose your forehead still hurt? You haven't blacked out or anything?" He asked kindly. I shook my head.

"Uuhhh, Who are you talking to?" Jen asked.

I covered my mouth. Jen couldn't see Calcifer! And if she thought I was crazy, she'd send me to the hospital, they'd find out my secret, and I'd have to go to the facility again!!!! "No one!" I said quickly.

"Hey... You can tell me... Your like a kid right? Its normal to have an imaginary friend." Jen said nonchalantly.

"Just say I'm imaginary. Maybe I can talk to her!" Calcifer said deviously.

"Um, yes! Calcifer is my 'imaginary friend'! Can he talk to you?" I asked.

"Uh, sure. Tell me what he says." Jen answered.

Calcifer rubbed his hands together menacingly. "Ok, um asked her if she has any kids!"

"Calcifer said 'do you have any kids'." I asked

Jen choked on her words "um, uh, I, uh, n-no... No! No I don't! What kind of question is that?"

"Ask her if she's ever made out with anyone!" Calcifer said.

I was confused. "Calcifer, what dose that mean?"

"Nothing! Just ask her!" He replied. I asked jen, and her eyes buldged. Calcifer laughed furiously.

"I don't understand.... How is it funny?" I said. Calcifer patted my head.

"Your too young to know! I'll tell you another time!" He said.

I pouted. "Ok."

Jen shook her head. "How about you have a bath now? You look like you need one."

Bath? Oh! Like at Claire's house? I know how to do that! Yuki showed me. I nodded. "I know how to do that! Yuki showed me! Where is it?"

Jen looked at me and smiled slightly. "Good. I can start the water for you." She walked up a flight of stairs. I followed her.

The bath was smaller then Claire's, but jen filled it with water that was really warm. "You sure you don't need help?" Jen asked as she shut the bathroom door.

"I'm ok!" I said. I took of my clothes and sat in the warm water. I opened my wings a little and they soaked up some of it. It felt weird and tickely. But it was also a nice feeling. There was a bottle of gooey stuff, shampoo, just like the stuff yuki used before. I tried to use it, but for some in my eyes. It hurt, but I was used to hurt. I just had to wait a while and it would stop.

I tried to stand but I sliped and fell back into the water. Hmmm... This wasn't going as well as I thought it would. Jen burst in. "Hey are you alright?! I herd a large splash and-" she saw me with shampoo in my eyes, one leg out of the bath because I had fallen, and lots of water was on the floor now.

I smiled sheepishly "I'm not as good at this as I thought I'd be..."

Jen had me sit in the bath facing away from her, and she scrubbed my hair with the shampoo. I made sure to be low enough in the water so that she couldn't see my wings though. I made bubble sculptures as she did my hair. She finished and turned on the shower. Jen left again as I rinsed off.

I was able to wash my wings in the shampoo mostly. And all by myself! Calcifer came in once, but his face turned red and he left quiclky. Oh well! I shook my wings as I got out, they felt heavy with water.

I had to let them air dry. Jen came to check on me a few times but I had locked the door. It took a long time for my wings to dry. And when they were almost dry, just a little damp, I changed into a very large shirt jen lent me. It went down to almost my knees. Jen said she was washing my other clothes. I went back out and sat next to jen. She was reading.

"Have a nice bath?" She asked. I nodded.

I yawned and leaned against her. She stiffened. I remember closing my eyes and her warm hands stroking my hair.... I cuddled against her and said quietly "goodnight...."

Jens POV.

Jeeze... What's with this kid? She didn't know what a spoon was! Sigh... Well, aside from that, she's really cute.... My thoughts drift as I stroke her hair. She even had and imaginary friend, so childish. She looked like she could be anywhere from 10, to a short 14 Year old. Which didn't help much in figuring her age out. Her name was Angel? It suited her. She had such pale skin and pale blonde hair, she looked like she could be an actual angel.

All that was missing were wings. Ha, no one had wings. She hicuped in her sleep and gripped my shirt tightly, as if I was her life line back to earth from the land of her dreams. Moved my hand down to pat her on the back. But, something was there. It felt like a towel or something. I reached under her shirt to pull it out, but.... It wasn't a towel. I pulled out a wing.

WHAT?!

I, wha? This girl... This girl had wings!!!! She had wings!!! So that's why she sat so low in the bath... By seriously?!!?!! Wings?!!?! She was a literal angel!?!!!?!!! Wwwahhhhaaattt???

Ok, I had to stay calm. I pulled her wings out all the way. They were so big! And surprisingly light. She shifted in her sleep again. I put her wings back to how they had been before. What had that orange haired girl said? She lost her memories? Wow... This girl must have been heavens lost property....

She hadn't told me about her wings. In fact, she had tried to hide them. Should I tell her I know now? Yeah, if I do it carefully it should be fine... I'm babysitting an angel....
