Okay, I admit I was a bit surprised.
Last month after Hector and Ellie were called to the hospital, they told me the truth. Everything. Michael was going to be in jail, Jason and Snow were and still are unfit parents, and Leandro and Rose are going to be taken away from us. I can't have Rose taken away from me! I can't! That's my daughter! I know they're doing it for safety reasons, but I love her. I haven't seen Michael ever since the one time we had to bring the parents to the Strapple house. I'd imagine that Jason and Snow must've had a fit when Leandro was taken away from them. Snow must've had to move out and go back to her parents. I still remember the day they took Rose away from me. It was the weekend when Hector and Ellie told me everything. The police came in, and took Rose away from me, no matter what I did. I tried to hold Rose in my hands, but a policeman tackled me to the ground while the other policeman took Rose away. That was the last time I saw her. I think what would've happened with Snow and Jason, is that the same policemen would've done the same thing. Two of them would've had to tackle Snow and Jason to the ground, while a third took Leandro. They would definitely be crying. Then one of the policemen would've arrested Michael and put him in jail. I never knew that he was the one that had put Tiffany in the water. But you know what? I'm glad Cashmere's away from that beast. She doesn't deserve him. She deserves me. We can try again. Well, that is what I thought. I saw her again at All City, along with Ben, and I tried to ask her out, but she kept on saying that she was really busy. Of course, I had talked to Jasmine to see what was going on, and she actually told me that Cashmere was spending time with David, Snow's dad. So they're meeting up. I wonder what they could be talking about. "I'm sure everything's okay," I remember Ben telling me one time when I was talking about Cashmere with him. It's been awhile since we've talked. The day after Rose was taken away from me, I confided in Finn at school, who told me that it was probably for the best. I had to tell him everything that happened.
It was after I talked to Finn, that I ran into Bobby and Rain having a fight in the hall just outside the library. I don't know what they were talking about, but after talking with Rain, I accidentally called her Erica. "I'm sorry Rain!" I remember telling her after calling her by the name. "It's okay," she ended up telling me. I was able to calm whatever was going on between the two of them. The next day, I saw Cashmere, when I confronted her about the truth about David. "Just what are you insinuating?" Cashmere had asked me when I talked to her about David. "I just want to know what's going on. Are you dating someone?" I remember asking her. I wanted to know the truth. "Like I said, I'm busy," she had told me before heading home one Tuesday evening after All City. I don't understand. She knows I want her. I thought she was in love with me. Even Bellafonte told me so. Well, Bellafonte told me that we were meant to be. However, that was a week ago. I'm still trying to take in last night's fiasco. We were let out a little earlier, and Cashmere and I didn't contact our parents, so we had a bit of time. "Cashmere, I'm sorry about last week," I told her, going up to her. We sat down at the bench, where we talked about the real feelings that were going on inside of us. Earlier that day, Jacquelyn had dared me to tell Cashmere that I had a girlfriend, just to see what her reaction was. "Alex, I may not have shown it, but I still am in love with you. There are times where I wish I could be with you, but I don't want our next kid to be taken away from us," she had told me. "Are you saying you want to be with me?" I had asked her. "Yes," she had told me.
"I have a girlfriend."
She had started to cry, so she ran towards the bathroom. I wanted to run after her, but I wasn't quite sure of what I was going to say. Ben was back there. So instead of running after Cashmere, I went to Ben. "Is everything okay?" Ben had asked me. "No. I don't know what to say to her," I had told Ben, before he walked me towards the women's bathroom. "Cashmere?" I had called. There was no answer. She must be in a stall. "Cashmere?" Ben had called out. There still wasn't an answer. We headed in, only to find Cashmere's body on the floor, with a knife piercing her stomach. Erica was on top of her, holding the knife. Sharing a look, Erica had let out, "Well, my job is finally done." She waved her arms in the air, and then disappeared. You've got to be kidding me. Why is Cashmere dead again? "Ben, you stay here, I need to go get Finn," I had told him before running off. Finn was heading up the stairs with his bag in hand. "Mr. Hudson. We have a problem. It's Cashmere," I had told him before I brought him towards the bathroom, where Ben was sitting beside her. Finn had called for an ambulance, and I sat in the back with Cashmere, holding her hand. Finn grabbed Cashmere's stuff, and I took it with me to the hospital. I spent the night there with Cashmere on the stretcher. That brings me to now. I called up Ben, Jason, Bobby, and Rain for comfort.
"Jason, I'm sorry about Leandro," I had told him before he grabbed a piece of paper that was folded up in his inside pocket. "This is a restraining order that Lucy and David filed for Snow against me," he told me, unfolding it and showing it to me. "What does that mean about the ring?" I had asked him, remembering how he was going to propose. "I'll still be able to. The restraining order is in place until both Snow and I have turned 18 and we've learned the consequences of our actions," he told me. "I'm sorry about Cashmere," Bobby had let out as he gave me a hug. "I know we don't know her, but our prayers are with you," Rain had told me before the two of them walked off holding hands. "Alex? Are you going to call Jasmine?" Ben had asked me, bringing my attention back to Cashmere. "I probably should," I had told him before Finn walked into the room, followed by Jasmine. "I already called Jasmine," he had told us as Jasmine walked towards Cashmere. Doctor Henshaw had walked in and brought Jasmine out of the room. "I want to see my daughter!" She exclaimed through the tears. I held her back, and we went to get some food, even though we weren't hungry. It was after we had our food that Doctor Henshaw brought us back to the room. "She's alive," he had told us, and we ran towards Cashmere. "There's a few things you need to know first," Doctor Henshaw had started, pulling us out of the room. "She doesn't remember Rose, Leandro, Michael, the relations to Snow and Ben, and anything about Tiffany," Doctor Henshaw had told us before we headed back in. I wanted to see Cashmere. I should've ran after her and told her that I'd be with her. Just do whatever I could to keep her alive.
Jasmine took me to her place, where she had let me sleep for the night. She contacted Ellie to see if she was okay with it. She was, and I slept okay. In the morning, I couldn't stop thinking about Cashmere. I wanted to see her, yet I knew that I needed to talk to Michael first and tell him about Cashmere. "I need to see Michael," I had told Jasmine before she dropped me off at the police station. Michael was taking visitors. I sat in front of him, and picked up the phone on the other side of the glass. I see him pick up the phone and I told him everything. I told him that Rose was taken away from me, and that Leandro was taken away from Jason and Snow. I added on at the very end that Erica killed Cashmere, but back came, and she now doesn't remember Michael. I even asked him if he knew anything about David, and he didn't say much. So that didn't go so well. I needed to see Ben and Jason, to let them know I went to see Michael. Jasmine dropped me off at their school. I walked in, and I had found Jason being led by Ben to a private room. "What's going on?" I had asked after I followed them. "Jason contacted Snow, yet the restraining order says not to," Ben had told me. "I'm sorry, okay? I love her, and I'd do anything to be with her," Jason had let out loud before bursting into tears. "Jason, if you truly want to be with her, then you have no choice but to wait," I had told him. "I'm sorry, but you have to live with that," I had told Jason as he was wiping his tears. "Cashmere was and still is having an affair with David."
