"Cashmere was and still is having an affair with David,"

Jason had told Alex and I. Wow, way to hurt someone. "I don't believe you," Alex had let out before walking away. "It's true!" Jason had yelled out to Alex, but he was gone now. "Are you serious?" I had asked Jason, bringing his attention back to me. "Yeah. I went to the hospital this morning to see how Cashmere was doing, but instead I saw David head in with flowers for her. He kissed her on the cheek before sitting on the bed beside her," he told me. Man, this just makes everything more complicated. "You really think they're having an affair?" I had asked him, lowering my voice. I didn't want Alex to accidentally hear me. "I'm not 100% sure," Jason told me. "I need to investigate it," he had started. "Let me do it," I had cut him off. "Alex won't believe it, and you have to stay in check with the police. Who knows if Snow knows something, cause that's her dad who you're saying is having an affair with her friend," I had told Jason without realizing that what I just said sounded so wrong. "I'll investigate it. I'll ask Nadia to help," I had told him before I left the room, looking for Nadia. She must be in the dance studio with Jack. They do currently have hip-hop now, so that's got to be where she is. Heading towards the studio, I notice Jack and Nadia high-five before she heads out the door. "Nadia, thought you had hip-hop," I had told her when I saw her. "Hip-hop was cancelled today. How has your day been?" She had asked me, walking towards me. "It's been okay. Nadia, how good are you at investigating someone?" I had asked her, curious to see what she would say. "I'm pretty good. Why? Do you need me to investigate Jack? Cause I'm not doing that. He never killed Cashmere," Nadia had told me, making me a little furious. "First off, he did kill her, I had to run after him, and to drop off Cashmere's stuff to break the news," I had told her. "That's not what I want to talk about," I had told her, calming the tension that rose for a second there. "There's word that Cashmere might be having an affair with David, Snow's dad," I had told her in a whisper. I could've had Jack hear me.

"Are you serious?" Nadia had asked me, also in a whisper. "Jason saw the two of them this morning. Apparently he brought flowers to her, and kissed her on the cheek before sitting beside her. I wasn't the one that saw them," I had told her. "You made the right choice coming to me, I can help now," Nadia had told me. "Thanks," I had let out. "All right, you say Jason saw them?" Nadia had asked as we started walking away. "Yeah. But he's not supposed to do anything due to the restraining order against him. He has to stay away from the entire Judge family," I had told Nadia, showing that going to Jason was not an option. "Okay, well there is one person who we might be able to go to. Did Cashmere have a boyfriend at all?" Nadia had asked me, reminding me that she was dating Michael this past summer. "Yeah, Michael Cantoon. He's in jail though. He was the one that had put Tiffany's body in the river," I had told her. "Wow," Nadia had let out. "I thought you heard," I had told her as we walked out of the school. "Anyway, let's go talk to Michael. I take it he's taking visitors?" Nadia had asked me as we walked towards her car. "I believe so," I had let out as we got into her car. "Then what are we waiting for?" She had asked as I pulled up in the passenger seat beside her. She drove us to the police station, and told us that we were visiting Michael Cantoon. They directed us to a table, where Michael was going to be brought out to us. When Michael was brought in, guards followed him. We stood up when he came close to us. "Ben?" Michael had asked me before a guard had unhooked the handcuffs.

"What are you guys doing here?" Michael had asked as he sat down at the table. Nadia and I resumed our sitting positions. "We're going to be the ones asking the questions," Nadia had started. "What is this? An ambush?" Michael had asked, sitting back in his chair. "We just need to know a few things about Cashmere. I know the two of you dated this past summer before she had died," I had stated. "All right. Did Cashmere ever come across as being busy a lot?" Nadia had asked Michael, getting her notebook and a pen out. "Every once in a while. She said that she had a summer job. She was volunteering at some sort of shelter," Michael had told us. "Would you say that was with David?" I had asked him; curious as to what he would say when he sees where we're going with this. "Yeah I'd say so. But it wasn't all the time," Michael had told us. Man Cashmere, you really know how to get some action on the side. "Okay, next question. First off, were the two of you having sex?" Nadia had asked him. That question is going to be fun to answer. "Yes we were. Where are you going with this?" Michael had asked us rather tiredly. I could tell he was tired of the questions already. "I'm not finished. Now, since the two of you were having sex, I have to ask, did she ever show signs of pregnancy? And if she did, did they time up to the exact time the two of you last had sex or not?" Nadia had asked. Okay, I think that's the most uncomfortable question she's asked today. "I don't feel comfortable answering that," Michael had let out. "Answer the damn question," Nadia had straight up told him, putting her pen on the paper and focusing her attention on him.
