"I'm going insane." Maggie said as she ran back and forth. The girl tried to calm her down but she only snapped. "Listen. I don't even know your name, but don't piss me off. I'm looking for my family and you volunteered to help me so don't tell me what to do!"

The girls expression became scared. Maggie felt bad for what she just did, but she needed to show who ruled this trip. Soon the girl spoke, "my names Maddie." She said.

Maggie, with her head in her hands, looked up surprised. "Well Maddie, we need to keep going..." a smile appeared on Maddies face as she followed her leader through the woods.

"Maggie!" Glenn yells. He was hunched over leaning up against the flipped over car. He held his arm which had a gash.

Glenn struggled to get up, but used the side of the truck to balance. He yelled once again "Maggie!"

Once to his feet, Glenn limped down the street still yelling Maggie's name. There had been no response for hours it seemed. Glenn limped down the street looking for something to protect himself with incase a walker came. He came across a rotting corpse with a pack full of supplies. Quickly, he searched for a knife or something sharp. When he finally found a six inch switch blade, he zipped up the pack, threw it over his shoulder, and continued down the street calling for his love.

"Maggie!" A distant voice yelled.

Maggie looked up at the sky, "did you hear that? It sounded like Glenn!" A huge smile spread across Maggie's face as she spun in circles until she ran down the trail the voice was coming from.

"Maggie wait!" Maddie yelled after her, but Maggie didn't stop. She wouldn't stop until she found Glenn. Maddie quickly followed after her scared that she was just hearing things until-

"Maggie!" The words came again, this time catching both Maggie's and Maddie's attention. Maggie quick ran straight until they saw sights of a road.

"There's the road!" Maddie yelled in excitement.

The smile that had once been spread across Maggie's face was now gone. "Shit," she said as she slowed down her pace and snatched out her knife, "we've got company." The noises of walkers were getting closer as a group of wondering flesh eating monsters appeared in front of them.

The girls skidded to a stop. "Hurry to the road!" Maggie screamed and she pushed Maddie in the direction of the road. After killing two walkers with her knife, Maggie chased after Maddie to the road, the walkers inches behind them. "Get your blade out and aim for the head. Whatever you do, don't let them surround you or your dead."

The walkers came only inches from Maggie before she jammed her knife into their rotting skulls. She kicked one down and kicked its head in, turning to make sure Maddie was okay. Before putting all her attention back on the walkers, a walker grabbed her from behind. While struggling to keep it from hitting her, a gunshot rang her ears as the walkers head blew out and fell limp to the ground.

Turning in shock, she faced the way the bullet came from and saw a familiar face. Glenn. Hot tears ran down her face as she ran and jumped in his arms. "Glenn!" She screamed as his arms wrapped around her making sure she wasn't going to fall.

"Oh my god, Maggie, I missed you so damn much. I don't know what I would've done if I didn't find you." His grip loosened and she pushed a way just a bit to cup is sweaty face. His eyes were full of hope and before another word came out of either one of their mouths, Maggie pulled his face in and kissed him.

Their lips brushed against each other. Maggie could feel Glenn's warm breath tingle her bottom lip when they separated. Before one could say anything, a scream came from behind them.
