Iris POV:

"As you can see this is a beautiful 3-bedroom house. Good for pets as well as building a family and making it a home" I say turning around to face the 12th family I've shown this house to.

I'm bored and quite tired of going through this house with a rehearsed script I mean it's a beautiful place. Everything is modern and classy but it screams boring let alone the asking price is 1.2 million dollars. Nobody is willing to spend that much when you can get a bigger and better place

"I mean it's lovely and I-" her husband cuts her off with a shake of his head a sign indicating she mustn't continue but I would love to have her input

"No it's okay Mrs Evans whatever you have to say about the place it's fine by me," I say and she sighs holding her purse tighter to her body. A very judgemental expression comes to her face as she looks at the interior of the miniature foyer

"Well, it's just there's not a lot to work with. The asking price is 1.2 million dollars am I right" she asked and I nod shifting uncomfortably. Well here comes the "I can get a better place for that price".

"Well it's quite an ask for such a uhm honey help me out," she says turning to her husband. Her husband doesn't miss a beat. He looks me dead in the eyes

"It's shit it's a shit house Iris," he says full heartedly and I try my best not to burst out laughing

"Stop it, Erick," she says playfully smacking his chest. "Look Iris the problem is the layout. The rooms are small it's like the old owner spent more time on the intricate details instead of the actual foundation of the house. I mean come on the one-car garage outside is bigger than two of the bedrooms combined" she huffs.

I mean she's not wrong I did tell the seller that this place is giving student housing but he didn't want to hear any of it saying he spent way too much money to give it to some college ruff housers. Despite everything I have to keep my client happy

And now I'm the fool that got left with this place and if I don't get it sold by the end of this month I could possibly get fired. If I'm being completely honest I don't know why I'm doing this I could go back to college and finish my degree in architecture but no...I just figure that having work experience is better

"Don't worry Mrs Evans I completely understand but tell you what if something else pops up I'll be sure to let you know" I say walking towards the door and opening it to let them out

"No it's okay Iris we're no longer relocating but it was quite lovely to meet you," she says and I muster the best smile I can. Great so I'm really not getting paid now

They both walk out the door and to the driveway. My eyes stray away from them when I look toward the street to see Cole's parked car. A smile spreads across my face and just like that my mood has been lifted. Squinting my eyes I see that his waving his phone telling me to check mine. Giggling I go back into the kitchen to grab my purse. I take out my phone to see what he texted

CumToy: I have a surprise come to the car

Smiling I refrain from texting him back. Grabbing my purse I start checking if all the windows and doors of the house are closed before I exit. Finally done I lock the front door and I turn to find him standing outside his car leaning on it with yellow daises and a tiny white teddy bear in his hands. He is in one of his signature suits that just drive me crazy with how good he looks

"I told you, you don't have to pick me up I'll take the bus," I say smiling as I walk toward him. He smiles wrapping his arms around my waist and I tiptoe grabbing his face so I can peck his lips. A hint of cinnamon assaults my lips and I just know he was eating a cinnamon roll. For someone so fit it amazes me how he just eats whatever he wants
