Reverie Dyad

Chapter 15

Iris POV:

Stirring awake my eyes flutter open. I stretch my arms out as I nuzzle my head into the soft pillow and that's when it hits me the delicious ache in between my legs. Reminding me of what happened last night. Biting my lip a smile spreads across my face excitement bubbling inside my chest

Flipping over I stare at the ceiling and then on either side of me not finding anyone. Strange. A bit of doubt starts creeping up but then I hear two deep rumbling chuckles coming from outside

Rushing out of bed and going straight to the curtain I pull it back to find Cole and Reid leaning against their shovels talking as if their old friends. They are both shirtless their bodies slightly flushed and my pulse flutters at the sight of seeing their back muscles all taunt.

A smile creeps onto my face as I stare at them together but I wipe it right off because them being friendly to one another doesn't mean anything.

Oh but I wish that it secretly did

Looking down at myself I realize I'm wearing Cole's dress shirt so I guess I can walk out like this since it sits just above my knees. Walking out of the room I walk towards the door and out onto the porch to see them

"Hey" I call out with a quick wave and they stop mid convo to face me. A grin spreads onto Reid's face and Cole shy's away running his hand through his hair absentmindedly. He drops his shovel and makes his way towards me. Reid drops his grin and then goes back towards the car to resume digging with a blank expression on his face. A slight pang hits my chest at his mood change but I tell myself to not think much of it

"How are you feeling, princess" Cole says with a smile. He walks up the stairs making me snap my attention back to him. Smiling I stare at his naked torso shamelessly

"Sore but content," I say trying to downplay how thoroughly fucked I feel. I wrap my arms around his neck as he stops on the third step making me slightly taller than him

"Sore but content" he questioned corking his left eyebrow as he wraps his strong sweaty arms around me. Biting my lip I roll my eyes at him wanting a better answer than the one I gave him

"So when did you guys get up? Did you eat...have coffee" I ask instead. Pressing my lips against his for just a small kiss but instead, he grabs my neck deepening it. He lets out a low throaty sound at the taste of me. The ache in between my legs intensifies and I groan placing my hands at the back of his head willing him to come closer. He pulls away for the best cause I'm pretty sure if given the opportunity I would grind on his thigh right here on this porch until I find my climax

"I feel fucking spent...probably even overwhelmed really but 'content' is downplaying what happened last night and you know it," he says heavy breathing against my lips. His eyes reflect the same desire for more like mine but I guess right now isn't the time or place

"Okay, fine I feel exhilarating. Is that even the correct way to use it" I ask smiling and he chuckles

"I'll take it," he says pecking my lips again. He pulls away with a sigh and then goes to pick up his shovel

"I let you fuck her last night so a hello or a hug would suffice you know," he says to Reid whilst taking his place at digging up the last tire out of the ground.

Reid glares at Cole then drops his shovel making his way towards me. He doesn't look me in the eyes as he climbs up the stairs until his right in front of me. I take a step back to give him space so his not standing on the edge

"Hi," I say breaking the silence that's when he finally looks at me. A zap of electricity courses through my body at having him so near. Clearly, my body hasn't forgotten how everything felt last night even though I'm pretty sure I passed out
